تعلن IHG Hotels & Resorts عن توفر فرصة وظيفية في مدينة الرياض، السعودية، لوظيفة منسق الموارد البشرية (HR Coordinator)، حيث ستعمل ضمن فريق الموارد البشرية لدعم العمليات اليومية وإثراء تجربة الموظفين.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن منسق موارد بشرية يتمتع بشغف تجاه الناس والتنظيم، ليكون جزءاً من فريق الموارد البشرية لدينا والمساهمة في تقديم تجارب استثنائية للموظفين وإدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية اليومية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية والحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين بدقة.
  • المساعدة في التوظيف، والاستقبال، والتوثيق الوظيفي، والإدارية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
  • تنسيق طلبات الموظفين وتقديم الدعم الإداري عبر وظائف الموارد البشرية.
  • صيانة أنظمة الموارد البشرية (HR systems) وضمان تحديث معلومات الموظفين.
  • دعم مبادرات مشاركة الموظفين والأنشطة المرتبطة بالموارد البشرية.
  • المساعدة في الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وأنظمة العمل المحلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل تعليمي عالي أو ما يعادله في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة سنة أو أكثر في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة شؤون الموظفين، ويفضل في بيئة فندقية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة، وتواصلية، وشخصية.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة الموارد البشرية (HR systems) - يفضل.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً (مطلوب).

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an HR Coordinator with a passion for people and organization to support our Human Resources team in delivering exceptional employee experiences and day-to-day HR operations.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Supporting daily Human Resources operations and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration
  • Coordinating employee requests and providing administrative support across HR functions
  • Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee information is up to date
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
  • Assisting with compliance with company policies and local labour regulations

What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • One or more years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English required
