تعلن فنادق ومنتجعات فور سيزونز في السعودية عن فرصة لشغل منصب مدير الموارد البشرية والثقافة (EAM in Charge of People and Culture) للعمل في منتجع ومساكن فور سيزونز البحر الأحمر في جزيرة شورى (السعودية).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يرفع هذا الدور تقاريره إلى المدير العام، مع خط تقارير غير مباشر إلى المدير الإقليمي للموارد البشرية والثقافة. سيكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة استراتيجية الموارد البشرية والثقافة والتعلم لمنتجع ومساكن فور سيزونز البحر الأحمر في جزيرة شورى، وتقديم الدعم في الموارد البشرية والثقافة بهدف أن يكون الفندق هو صاحب العمل المختار في الوجهة. سيكون المدير هو المدافع الثقافي عن القاعدة الذهبية في كل تصرف للموظفين.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الدعوة إلى القاعدة الذهبية في كل تصرف للموظفين داخل الفندق.
  • دعم المواهب المتميزة والمشاركة الفاعلة في تخطيط التعاقب الوظيفي.
  • دعم الفندق كشريك أعمال، وتعزيز العلاقات كمدرب.
  • دعم وتنفيذ مبادرات الموارد البشرية والثقافة الصادرة عن الشركة.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في التوظيف والاختيار والتأهيل ومتطلبات التطوير.
  • تقييم فعالية برامج ومبادرات الموارد البشرية والثقافة.
  • تحليل اتجاهات التعويضات والمزايا لتحقيق التوازن بين التكلفة وتجربة الموظف.
  • تطوير جودة التعلم والخبرة في الفندق، وتقديم برامج التعلم والتطوير في مكان العمل وبرامج تحسين الأداء لتحقيق النجاح التجاري طويل الأجل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شغف بالمواهب وإدارة المواهب والتعلم.
  • القدرة على العمل كشريك أعمال استراتيجي يتمتع بفطنة تجارية قوية وفهم للاحتياجات التشغيلية، والقدرة على المساهمة في الاستراتيجيات والقرارات التشغيلية الرئيسية للفندق.
  • أن يكون محفزاً للتغيير ومدافعاً عن الموظفين.
  • مؤهل للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية (يُفضل المواطنون السعوديون دعماً لبرنامج التوطين).
  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بشكل أساسي.

About the location:

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.

Director of People and Culture - Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island

The Role of Director of People and Culture (EAM in Charge of P&C):

We currently have an opportunity for a Director of People and Culture (EAM in Charge of P&C) to join our Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island opening team!

This role reports to our General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island ; providing People and Culture support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.

You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel and responsibilities will include championing top talent and actively supporting succession planning, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience. You will also be responsible for developing the learning quality and experience on property; delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success.

Our Ideal Director of People and Culture candidate will have:

Passion for people, talent management and learning, and will be a Business Partner; strategic, strong business acumen, understanding of operational needs and the ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel, a catalyst for change and an employee champion.

Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
