We are hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join its team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring smooth coordination between patients, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare team

s.Key Responsibiliti

• esCoordinate and manage the patient journey from initial consultation through follow-up car
• e.Schedule appointments, procedures, referrals, and diagnostic service
• s.Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring timely communication and suppor
• t.Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to facilitate high-quality patient car
• e.Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and follow-up instruction
• s.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to dat
• e.Address patient concerns professionally and ensure a positive patient experienc
• e.Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality, healthcare policies, and quality standard
• s.Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and operational excellenc

e.Requiremen

• tsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related healthcare fiel
• d.2+ years of experience in Patient Care Coordination, Patient Relations, Medical Administration, or a similar healthcare rol
• e.Previous experience in hospitals, medical centers, or specialized clinics is preferre
• d.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skill
• s.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitie
• s.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environmen
• t.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EMR) is an advantag
• e.Fluent in Arabic and Englis
