We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading EPC contractor

based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, operating across Oil & Gas,

Petrochemical, Power, Water, and Industrial sectors.

Role: Department Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Reports to: CEO

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior EPC leader to head the Electrical &

Instrumentation department. This is a full business unit leadership

role - you will own everything from business development and

tendering through to the installation and commissioning of complex

E&I systems on live industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the E&I department in line with company strategy

- Drive business development across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical,

Power, Water, and Industrial sectors

- Own the full tendering and estimation process for E&I projects

- Oversee delivery of power systems, HV/LV substations, DCS,

SCADA, PLC and field instrumentation projects

- Manage project execution from contract award through

commissioning and handover

- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team

- Full P&L responsibility for the department

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

- 20-25 years of EPC experience

- Minimum 15 years in a senior leadership or department

management role

- Established relationships with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden,

SEC, SWCC, Marafiq & Royal Commission

- Deep technical expertise in electrical power systems,

instrumentation, process automation and industrial communication

networks
