Junior IT Coordinator / IT Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Coordinator / IT Coordinator to support the daily IT operations of the organization. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, maintain IT systems and equipment, assist with network and user administration, and ensure smooth delivery of IT services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up workstations, user accounts, email accounts, and system access for new employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure system availability.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
- Perform software installations, updates, and security patches.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
- Support backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection.
- Assist in implementing IT projects and system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
- Document support requests and resolutions using the IT ticketing system.
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and office technology.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Coordination.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered for junior-level positions.
