We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer / Reception Officer to join a well-established company based in Riyadh.

• Escort guests to the reception area or meeting rooms.
• Ensure a positive first impression and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate visitor arrivals and support front desk operations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Mandatory).
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Friendly, approachable, and well-presented.
• Previous experience in reception, guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
