Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Nurse to provide occupational health support and first aid services at 

construction project sites. The role involves managing employee health records, conducting medical 

assessments, delivering first aid treatment, and supporting workplace health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite first aid and basic nursing care to employees.

• Assess and monitor employee health conditions and provide appropriate medical assistance.

• Coordinate medical referrals and transportation to hospitals when necessary.

• Conduct periodic health assessments and maintain employee medical records.

• Monitor, stock, and maintain first aid kits and medical supplies.

• Promote health, hygiene, and wellness awareness among employees.

• Participate in emergency response activities and site evacuation drills.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly medical reports.

• Document workplace injuries, illnesses, treatments, and follow-up actions.

• Report all medical incidents and emergencies to the Senior Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. 

• Valid Nursing License/Registration. 

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in emergency or 

occupational health services. 

• Experience in construction, industrial, or remote site clinics is an advantage. 

• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills. 

• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies efficiently.
