Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Paramedic to provide emergency medical support and occupational health 

services at construction project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 

immediate medical care, conducting health assessments, maintaining medical records, and supporting 

emergency response activities to ensure the health and safety of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to injured or ill employees on site.

• Assess medical emergencies and arrange transportation to designated hospitals when required.

• Conduct periodic health assessments and medical evaluations for site employees.

• Maintain accurate records of injuries, illnesses, treatments, and medical procedures.

• Monitor and maintain first aid stations, equipment, and medical supplies.

• Deliver health awareness and personal hygiene training to employees.

• Participate in emergency drills and ensure proper documentation of activities.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with site management and HSE teams regarding medical emergencies and incidents.

• Ensure compliance with project health and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or 3-4 years Paramedic/Emergency Medical Services course from a recognized 

institution.

• Valid professional certification/license (if required by local regulations).

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in emergency services.

• Experience working on construction or industrial projects is preferred.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
