انضم إلى SEPHORA في الرياض، السعودية، كمدير متجر (Store Manager). تابع لمدير التجزئة، وستكون مسؤولاً عن خلق تجربة لا تُنسى للعملاء وتعزيز المبيعات وفقاً لروح سيفورا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تجربة عميل استثنائية من خلال المساعدة والإرشاد حول المنتجات المناسبة.
- دعم فريق المتجر في شرح وتوضيح المنتجات الجديدة للعملاء.
- الظهور بمظهر مثالي ولغة جسد تتوافق مع إرشادات سيفورا.
- استخدام تقنيات البيع في سيفورا لبناء وزيادة سلة كل عميل.
- المساهمة في تحقيق المبيعات الشهرية للمتجر ومؤشرات الأداء التجارية والتشغيلية.
- التركيز على تحقيق أهداف الخدمات في المتجر.
- تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات وفقاً لمعايير سيفورا.
- دعم فريق المتجر في إجراءات العرض والتسعير والمنتجات التجريبية وغيرها.
- المساعدة في جميع أقسام المتجر حسب الحاجة (النقدية، العمليات، إلخ).
- المساهمة في نظافة المتجر وإعادة تخزين المنتجات.
- المساهمة في تحسين نتائج التدقيق.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة والمهارات من خلال حضور التدريبات المنتظمة واستخدام منصة التعلم الرقمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات والخدمات في المتجر.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في مجال المبيعات.

- تقنيات بيع قوية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد.

Client Experience
Education & Demonstration
- Assist and guide clients on the most appropriate range of products, according to their needs and skin type.
- Support your store team in explaining and demonstrating new products to the clients.
- Display an exceptional image and body language in accordance with the Sephora grooming guidelines.
- Make sure to set example and be always a role model.
- Use the Sephora Attitude & selling techniques to build and maximize each client’s basket.
- Contribute to achieving store monthly turnover.
- Contribute to the store commercial and operational KPIs.
- Have a focus on achieving the stores services target.
- Apply the policies and procedures according to Sephora standards.
- Support your store team with merchandising procedures (products, testers, prices, animations, cash desk area, stock room, beauty hub tools, etc.) according to Sephora standards.
- Assist your store in all departments where necessary (cash, operations other axis)
- Contribute to the overall store’s image through cleanliness and product restocking.
- Contribute to improving on audit finding.

- Proven successful sales and services in store.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales
- Strong selling techniques.
