Duties And Responsibilities
As Residences Concierge I will behave in a professional manner and set an example to all. I will abide by Six Senses principles, core values, best practices, guidelines and objectives, while respecting other cultures and nationalities and projecting a positive and proactive position to help build and maintain a strong, loyal team.
My duties and responsibilities will include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, residents and their guests throughout all stages of the ownership journey.
- Build trusted long-term relationships with homeowners, residents and their guests and maintain detailed resident preference profiles to ensure personalized service delivery.
- Anticipate resident needs and proactively coordinate services before, during and after each stay.
- Ensure all resident interactions, requests, preferences and service histories are accurately recorded and maintained within approved systems.
- Coordinate all pre-arrival arrangements including transportation, residence preparation, dining reservations, wellness experiences, activities and special requests.
- Review resident profiles prior to arrival and ensure preferences are communicated to relevant departments.
- Coordinate personalized welcome amenities and arrival experiences in accordance with resident preferences and brand standards.
- Coordinate in-residence services including housekeeping, engineering, laundry, private dining, childcare, wellness services, transportation and lifestyle requests.
- Follow up on all service requests to ensure completion and resident satisfaction.
- Coordinate with departments for transfer related requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the resort when required.
- Promote and support Six Senses Wellness, Eat With Six Senses, Sleep With Six Senses programming and experiences through personalized recommendations aligned with resident interests and wellbeing goals.
- Promote family-oriented experiences including Grow With Six Senses activities, Teens Club experiences and educational workshops, ensuring younger residents and guests enjoy meaningful, engaging and age-appropriate experiences throughout their stay.
- Identify opportunities to create personalized family experiences that support wellness, learning, creativity, sustainability and connection to local culture.
- Assist residents with information regarding residence facilities, community amenities, homeowner services and resort offerings.
- Support the daily operation of the Residences Lounge and ensure a welcoming, residential and personalized environment for homeowners, residents and their guests.
- Curate personalized itineraries and recommend bespoke experiences tailored to resident interests and preferences.
- Maintain expert knowledge of AMAALA, The Red Sea destination, Saudi Arabia and key regional
destinations, including cultural experiences, wellness offerings, dining venues, historical sites and luxury travel opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Six Senses properties and assist residents with reservations
and travel arrangements throughout the Six Senses portfolio when requested.
- Support community engagement initiatives and resident events organized by the Residences and Resort teams.
- Foster a strong sense of belonging and community among homeowners and residents.
- Assist residents with the use of approved residential technology platforms and resident applications.
- Ensure all resident information is handled in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy requirements.
- Resolve resident concerns efficiently and professionally, taking ownership until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
- Escalate matters to the Chef Concierge or Residences leadership where service recovery, homeowner sensitivity or operational support is required.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and continuously improve the resident experience.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling resident information, ownership details, financial information and personal preferences.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness, discretion and protocol sensitivity when interacting with high-profile, guests, dignitaries, VIPs and royal family members.
- Support visitor registration, access coordination and arrival protocols in accordance with residential, privacy, safety and security standards.
- Follow all safety, security and emergency procedures in accordance with brand standards and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all departmental equipment is maintained in a clean and operational condition.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions and development programs as required.
- Maintain service delivery in line with Six Senses standards, LQA expectations, AMAALA operating procedures and residential service standards.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Residences Concierge, I have a minimum of two years' experience in luxury hospitality, branded residences, private clubs, luxury travel, lifestyle management or guest relations environments.
- I have strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills and can interact confidently with homeowners, residents, their guests, colleagues and external partners.
- I have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic luxury environment.
- I have the ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented while working under pressure.
- I have a passion for hospitality, emotional hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences that reflect the Six Senses philosophy.
- I have the ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and personal integrity.
- My technical skills include Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with PMS, CRM, Concierge and Resident Management systems.
- I have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and some knowledge of the local language, culture, customs and hospitality traditions.
