شركة القدية تبحث عن مدير - مشاريع البنية التحتية للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، للإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ لمشاريع البنية التحتية وتنسيق الأنشطة لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح.
- إدارة وتوجيه فرق العمل في المشاريع، وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الجماعي والمساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
- تطوير جداول زمنية وموازنات للمشاريع، وضمان تخصيص الموارد الأمثل والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية المحددة.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتفتيش دوري لمتابعة التقدم وتحديد المشكلات وضمان الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة.
- التعاون الوثيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمدنيين ومديري المشاريع لضمان التواصل الفعال وتوافق الأهداف.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير مفصلة عن حالة المشاريع والتحديات والحلول المنفذة إلى الإدارة العليا.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع المقاولين والموردين والشركاء الخارجيين لتسهيل تنفيذ المشاريع.
- دفع مبادرات تعزيز ممارسات السلامة وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة عبر جميع أنشطة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة التشييد أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-12 سنة في إدارة المشاريع مع التركيز على المشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة الفرق وإدارة الجداول الزمنية والموازنات والموارد بفعالية.
- فهم عميق لأفضل الممارسات في التشييد ومعايير الصناعة وأنظمة السلامة.
- مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والتعامل مع الأطراف المختلفة.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, coordinating activities to guarantee successful project delivery
- Manage and mentor construction teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop construction schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment

- Experience in the Middle East construction industry is highly advantageous
