تعلن شركة Gold and Minerals Ltd عن حاجتها إلى مشغل مدحلة (Roller Compactor Operator) للعمل في مشاريعها بمنطقة عسير - بيشة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل مداحل 15 طن (Tandem أو Single-Drum) لتحقيق أهداف الدمك المحددة
- إجراء فحوصات ما قبل الوردية والصيانة الدورية، والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال في المعدات
- مراقبة مقاييس المحرك ودرجة الحرارة والأنظمة الهيدروليكية، وضبط أدوات التحكم للدمك المناسب
- اتباع خطط المشروع ومواصفات الدمك وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة
- الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة العمل، وتقليل الإزعاج للفرق الأخرى، وضمان السلامة على الطريق وفي الموقع
- تسجيل الإنتاج اليومي والملاحظات المتعلقة بالصيانة والسلامة، وإبلاغ المشرفين بأي انحرافات
- المساعدة في تجهيز وفك مناطق التجميع، والتنسيق مع الفرق المجاورة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تشغيل مداحل 15 طن في مواقع البناء
- شهادة تشغيل سارية المفعول أو رخصة حسب اللوائح المحلية
- معرفة متعمقة بتقنيات الدمك للتربة والأسفلت
- فهم قوي لمعايير السلامة (مثل معدات الوقاية الشخصية، تقييم المخاطر، إجراءات القفل/الوسم حسب الحاجة)
- القدرة على قراءة واتباع المخططات والمواصفات ووثائق ضمان الجودة
- مهارات تواصل جيدة، وموثوقية، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
- قدرة بدنية على أداء الحركات المتكررة، ورفع المرفقات، والعمل في الهواء الطلق في ظروف جوية متغيرة
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في التعامل مع أنواع مختلفة من التربة ومواد الرصف
- مهارات أساسية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والصيانة البسيطة في الموقع
- الاستعداد للعمل بساعات مرنة أو عمل إضافي حسب متطلبات المشروع

We are seeking a skilled Roller Compactor Operator with at least 3 years of proven experience to join our projects. The ideal candidate will responsibly operate 15-ton tandem or single-drum rollers to achieve optimal soil and asphalt compaction while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

We are seeking a skilled Roller Compactor Operator with at least 3 years of proven experience to join our projects. The ideal candidate will responsibly operate 15-ton tandem or single-drum rollers to achieve optimal soil and asphalt compaction while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate 15-ton roller compactors (tandem or single-drum) to achieve specified compaction targets
- Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance, report any equipment issues
- Monitor engine gauges, temperature, and hydraulic systems; adjust controls for proper compaction
- Follow project plans, compaction specs, and quality control procedures
- Maintain clean work area, minimize disruption to other crews, and ensure road and site safety
- Record daily production, maintenance, and safety observations; notify supervisors of deviations
- Assist with setting up and breaking down staging areas, and coordinate with nearby crews
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating 15-ton roller compactors on construction sites
- Valid operator certification or license as required by local regulations
- Thorough knowledge of compaction techniques for soil and asphalt applications
- Strong understanding of safety standards (e.g., PPE, hazard assessments, lockout/tagout where applicable)
- Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and QA/QC documentation
- Good communication skills, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform repetitive motions, lift and maneuver accessories, and work outdoors in varying weather
- Experience with different soils and pavement materials
- Basic troubleshooting and minor on-site maintenance skills
