Job Description:

The Execution Excellence Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, dedicated to driving operational excellence through systematic process improvements and best practices. This position requires a dynamic individual with an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies, Lean Six Sigma principles, and change management strategies. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, develop actionable plans for process optimization, and implement innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. The Execution Excellence Manager will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating training sessions, and mentoring staff to enhance their capabilities. This role also entails the regular analysis of performance metrics, reporting outcomes to senior leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Extensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, with a certification as a Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, with the ability to effectively lead and influence others.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of performance measurement systems, including KPIs and benchmarking practices.
• Experience in facilitating training workshops and mentoring teams to drive a culture of excellence.
