مطلوب مفتش طلاء من المستوى الأول (Inspector I, QC Coating) للعمل في الشركة الدولية للصناعات البحرية (International Maritime Industries) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

إعداد إجراءات الطلاء للمشاريع في مرحلة المناقصة وبعد الحصول على المشروع.
مراقبة معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة وإنتاجية جميع أنشطة السفع والطلاء في الموقع، بما في ذلك الإشراف على تأهيل العاملين في مجال الطلاء.
إدارة أنشطة تأهيل إجراءات الطلاء وضمان مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع المحددة ومتطلبات الشركة.
مراقبة تخزين مواد الطلاء والمستهلكات داخل منطقة التخزين لضمان الالتزام بجميع المتطلبات مثل أنظمة التكييف والإضاءة المضادة للانفجار اللازمة للتخزين المتحكم به وفقًا لصحيفة بيانات الشركة المصنعة أو متطلبات المواصفات الفنية.
التخطيط وتحديد وطلب مستهلكات الطلاء للمشاريع مسبقًا.
مراقبة المقاول من الباطن لضمان مطابقة المواد أو المستهلكات المستخدمة في أنشطة الطلاء للمواصفات وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل.
مراجعة وثائق المناقصة التي يكلف بها مدير مراقبة الجودة مع إبراز التكاليف المتعلقة بالسفع والطلاء.
المساعدة في تحديد مواد السفع/الطلاء دون المستوى أو أي مجالات أخرى محتملة للقلق.
التنسيق مع فريق إدارة المشروع والعملاء والإدارات الأخرى مثل الإنتاج والتخطيط والهندسة لضمان توصيل المخاطر والفرص المتعلقة بالسفع/الطلاء خلال مرحلتي المناقصة والتنفيذ.
تحمل مسؤولية تفسير مختلف معايير الطلاء والمواصفات الخاصة بالعملاء ودعم الوظائف الأخرى لضمان الامتثال.
ضمان الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات المطبقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادله.
مؤهل مهني ساري المفعول في: NACE Level I / II أو BGAS 2.
اجتياز اختبار أرامكو السعودية CBT مع رقم SAP.
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في فحص الجودة للهياكل البحرية (مثل الجاكيتات وغيرها).
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامية).
إجادة اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).

Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare coating procedures for the projects at bid stage as well as upon award of the projects.
Monitor the HSEQ standards and productivity of all blasting and painting activities in the yard, including monitoring or coating personnel qualification exercise.
Manage coating procedure qualification activities and ensure these meet the project specific requirement company requirement.
Monitor the storage of painting materials and consumables within the storage area to ensure adherence to all requirements such as A/C & light system explosion proof necessary for controlled storage as per paint

manufacturers datasheet or technical specification requirements.

Plan, identify & order the coating/painting consumables for projects in advance.
Monitor the subcontractor to ensure that materials or consumables being used for coating and painting related activities conform to the specification as per the client’s requirement.
Review bid documentation as assigned by the QC Manager, highlighting the cost related to blasting & coating.
Assist in identifying sub-standard blasting/coating material or other potential areas of concern.
Liaise with project management team, clients, other departments like Production, Planning and Engineering etc. to ensure blasting/coating related risks and opportunities are communicated during bid and execution

phase.

Take responsibility for interpretation of various coating codes, standards, and client specifications, and support other functions in ensuring compliance.
Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)
Valid professional qualification in the following:
NACE Level I / II or BGAS 2
Saudi Aramco CBT Passed and with SAP number.
