المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ: الاستجابة لحرائق، إنقاذ، مواد خطرة (HazMat)، طوارئ طبية وحوادث أخرى في عمليات السطح وتحت الأرض.
  • أعمال الإطفاء: تنفيذ إطفاء حرائق المباني والمنشآت الصناعية والمركبات والحرائق البرية وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • الاستجابة في المناجم تحت الأرض: المشاركة في عمليات الإنقاذ والإخلاء والاستجابة للطوارئ في المناجم تحت الأرض.
  • التأهب للطوارئ: توفير التغطية أثناء الأنشطة عالية الخطورة، والإغلاقات، والأعمال في الأماكن المغلقة، والأعمال الساخنة.
  • الاستعداد للدوام: الحفاظ على الجاهزية للعمل بنظام المناوبات، والتأهب، والاستدعاءات الطارئة.
  • الإسعافات الأولية: تقديم الإسعافات الأولية ودعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) لحين توفر رعاية طبية متقدمة.
  • فحص المعدات: إجراء فحوصات لشاحنات الإطفاء، مركبات الطوارئ، مركبات الإنقاذ، معدات الإطفاء، أجهزة التنفس (SCBA) ومعدات الإنقاذ.
  • تشغيل المعدات: تشغيل شاحنات الإطفاء، مضخات الحريق، أنظمة الرغوة، خراطيم المياه، المراقبات، ومعدات الإطفاء المحمولة.
  • الصيانة الوقائية: ضمان جاهزية جميع معدات الإطفاء والإنقاذ، الإبلاغ عن الأعطال، ودعم أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية.
  • العناية بمعدات الوقاية: فحص وتنظيف واختبار وصيانة معدات الوقاية الشخصية وأجهزة SCBA.
  • إعادة التأهيل بعد الحوادث: إعادة المركبات والمعدات إلى حالة الجاهزية التشغيلية بعد الحوادث.
  • التفتيش على السلامة من الحرائق: إجراء تفتيش وقائي للمباني، الورش، المستودعات، مرافق الوقود، والعمليات تحت الأرض.
  • أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق: دعم فحص واختبار وصيانة صنابير الحريق، خراطيم الإطفاء، طفايات الحريق المحمولة، وأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق.
  • تحديد المخاطر: تحديد مخاطر الحرائق والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية، ودعم إدارة تعطل أنظمة الحماية والتخطيط للطوارئ.
  • المشاركة في برنامج السلامة: المشاركة في برنامج 'الرحلة نحو الصفر' للسلامة، وتحديد المخاطر والإبلاغ عنها، ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التدريب والجاهزية: المشاركة في التدريبات العملية، المحاكاة، وتمارين الإطفاء، والحفاظ على الكفاءة في تقنيات الإطفاء والإنقاذ والإسعافات الأولية.
  • التوعية بالسلامة: المساعدة في تقديم جلسات توعية بالسلامة من الحرائق للموظفين والمقاولين، والمشاركة في التخطيط للاستجابة للطوارئ والتعرف على الموقع.
  • التخطيط قبل الحوادث: المشاركة في التخطيط المسبق للحوادث.
  • التقارير والتوثيق: إكمال تقارير الحوادث، سجلات فحص المعدات، ووثائق التدريب بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
  • التواصل: الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع قيادة الحادث، غرفة التحكم، الأمن، الفريق الطبي، والعمليات.
  • اتباع الإجراءات: اتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية لفريق الاستجابة للطوارئ (SOPs) ومتطلبات نظام قيادة الحوادث (ICS).
  • التعاون المشترك: العمل عن كثب مع أقسام التعدين، مصنع المعالجة، الصيانة، الأمن، الطبي، والإدارات الأخرى أثناء عمليات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • دعم الجهات الخارجية: دعم مقاولي الاستجابة للطوارئ ووكالات المساعدة المتبادلة عند الحاجة.
  • التحسين المستمر: المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الجاهزية للطوارئ والاستعداد التشغيلي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في علوم الإطفاء، إدارة الطوارئ، الصحة والسلامة المهنية (OHS) أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • مؤهل رجل إطفاء المستوى الأول والثاني (Firefighter I & II) أو شهادة إطفاء صناعي معادلة.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
  • شهادة إسعافات أولية / دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) سارية.
  • لياقة طبية وبدنية تامة لأداء مهام الإطفاء وارتداء جهاز SCBA.
  • مؤهل سائق/مشغل شاحنة إطفاء (يفضل).
  • شهادة في عمليات المواد الخطرة (HazMat Operations)، الإنقاذ الفني، أو إنقاذ المناجم تحت الأرض (يفضل).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإطفاء الصناعي، الاستجابة للطوارئ، التعدين، النفط والغاز أو الصناعات عالية المخاطر.
  • خبرة في تشغيل شاحنات الإطفاء، مضخات الحريق، معدات الإنقاذ، وأجهزة SCBA.
  • معرفة بأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق الصناعية وتكتيكات الإطفاء.
  • خبرة في المشاركة في التدريبات العملية والاستجابة للحوادث.
  • معرفة بنظام قيادة الحوادث (ICS).
  • مهارات تواصل قوية والعمل ضمن فريق.
  • القدرة على العمل بأمان في بيئات تتطلب جهداً بدنياً عالياً.
  • مهارات حاسوبية أساسية لإعداد التقارير وسجلات الفحص.
  • القدرة على التواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة في الاستجابة للطوارئ في المناجم تحت الأرض (يفضل).

Responsibilities

Emergency Response Operations

  • Respond to fire, rescue, hazardous materials (HazMat), medical emergencies, and other emergency incidents across surface and underground operations.
  • Perform structural, industrial, vehicle, and wildland firefighting in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Participate in underground mine emergency response, rescue, and evacuation operations.
  • Provide emergency standby during high-risk activities, shutdowns, confined space work, and hot work.
  • Maintain readiness for shift work, standby, and emergency callouts.
  • Provide First Aid/Basic Life Support (BLS) until higher-level medical care is available.

Firefighting Equipment & Emergency Readiness

  • Conduct inspections of fire trucks, emergency Vehicles, rescue vehicles, firefighting equipment, SCBA, and rescue equipment.
  • Operate fire trucks, fire pumps, foam systems, hose lines, monitors, and portable firefighting equipment.
  • Ensure all firefighting and rescue equipment remains operational and ready for deployment.
  • Report equipment defects and support preventive maintenance activities.
  • Inspect, clean, test, and maintain PPE and SCBA.
  • Restore vehicles and emergency equipment to operational readiness following incidents.

Fire Prevention & Safety

  • Conduct fire prevention inspections of buildings, workshops, warehouses, fuel facilities, and underground operations.
  • Support inspection, testing, and maintenance of hydrants, hose reels, portable fire extinguishers, and fire protection systems.
  • Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support fire impairment management and emergency planning activities.
  • Participate in the Journey to Zero safety program.
  • Identify and report hazards and support corrective actions.

Emergency Training & Preparedness

  • Participate in emergency drills, simulations, and practical firefighting exercises.
  • Maintain competency in firefighting, rescue, SCBA, first aid, HazMat, and emergency response techniques.
  • Assist in delivering fire safety awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and site familiarization.
  • Participate in pre-incident planning.

Incident Reporting & Communication

  • Complete incident reports, equipment inspection records, and accurate training documentation on time.
  • Maintain effective communication with Incident Command, Control Room, Security, Medical Team, and Operations.
  • Follow Emergency Response Team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Incident Command System (ICS) requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration .

  • Work closely with Mining, Process Plant, Maintenance, Security, Medical, and other departments during emergency response operations.
  • Support emergency response contractors and mutual aid agencies when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance emergency preparedness and operational readiness.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Diploma in Fire Science, Emergency Management, OHS or A related field.
  • Firefighter I & II qualification or equivalent industrial firefighting certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Current First Aid / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Medically and physically fit to perform firefighting duties and wear SCBA.
  • Fire Truck Driver/Operator qualification (preferred).
  • HazMat Operations, Technical Rescue, or Underground Mine Rescue certification (preferred).

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in industrial firefighting, emergency response, mining, oil & gas, or other high-risk industries.
  • Experience operating fire trucks, firefighting pumps, rescue equipment, and SCBA.
  • Knowledge of industrial fire protection systems and firefighting tactics.
  • Experience participating in emergency drills and incident response.
  • Knowledge of Incident Command System (ICS).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and inspection records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Underground mine emergency response experience (preferred).
  • Experience operating ambulances, HazMat, or rescue vehicles.
  • Experience supporting fire system inspection, testing, and commissioning .
