Job Objectives:
Responsible for driving B2B business growth through acquiring new corporate customers, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management, and delivering telecom/business solutions to corporate clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
B2B Corporate Sales
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and acquisition targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Account Management
- Manage and grow assigned B2B accounts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle account-related issues.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates.
Manpower Segment
- Manage assigned manpower company accounts.
- Support subscriber growth and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle account coordination, activations, quotations, and reporting.
Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
Minimum Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 years' experience in Corporate & Business Sales
- Preferably Telecommunication industry
