المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لجميع المعدات والأنظمة الكهربائية، بما في ذلك أنظمة إنذار الحريق (Fire Alarm) ولوحات التحكم في المحركات (Motor Control Centers) والربط الكهربائي مع أنظمة الطرف الثالث.
  • مساعدة مقاولي أنظمة إنذار الحريق في الصيانة الدورية وإطلاعهم على حالة المعدات.
  • ضمان توفر مخزون كافٍ من قطع الغيار للمعدات الكهربائية والتحقق من جودة المواد المشتراة.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات توفير الطاقة والمساعدة في تقليل تكاليف الطاقة في القسم.
  • إجراء الفحوصات اليومية على أنظمة التحكم في الإضاءة، ونظام الطاقة، وغرف الخدمات الكهربائية (الجهد المتوسط/المنخفض)، وعدادات الطاقة، وغرف المحولات، وغرف مضخات الحريق، ونظام إدارة الغرف، وأنظمة خزانات المياه، ونظام إدارة المباني (BMS) للتأكد من أن جميع المعايير مضبوطة حسب المطلوب.
  • التعرف على التخطيط الكامل للمبنى والعقار فيما يتعلق بجوانب السلامة مثل نقاط العزل وغيرها.
  • أداء أعمال الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات الكهربائية والحفاظ على تقارير الخدمة والتاريخ.
  • العناية بإصلاح وصيانة نظام الخدمات الكهربائية.
  • اقتراح تحسينات على النظام الحالي لتحسين كفاءة التشغيل والاقتصاد فيه.
  • مساعدة المشرف في إعداد قوائم قطع الغيار للمعدات الكهربائية.
  • العناية بإصلاح وصيانة الأنظمة الميكانيكية العامة.
  • المشاركة في برنامج الحفاظ على الطاقة في الفندق.
  • التأكد من أن غرفة المعدات وورشة العمل والمناطق ذات الصلة تبقى نظيفة ومرتبة.
  • القيام بخدمات الإصلاح الطارئ في غرف النزلاء.
  • خدمة وصيانة المعدات الكهربائية في المناطق العامة.
  • تنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح العرضية حسب الحاجة وفقاً للمواصفات ومعالجة أي مشاكل غير متوقعة.
  • منع حدوث المشاكل في التركيبات التقنية بالفندق.
  • اتباع برنامج الصيانة الوقائية.
  • المساعدة في إجراء الجرد الشهري للمعدات التشغيلية.
  • تنفيذ أي مهام معقولة أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.
  • الاضطلاع بمهام فني الكهرباء وفقاً لجدول المناوبات الهندسية.

Job Description

  • Operate Maintain, Repairs and does necessary adjustment for all electrical equipment and systems including Fire Alarm, Motor Control Centers electrical interconnectivity with 3rd party systems.
  • Assist Fire Alarm contractors on scheduled maintenance and briefs them on the condition of the equipment.
  • Ensures of sufficient stock of spare parts available for the electrical equipment and thoroughly checks the purchased materials for their quality.
  • Executes energy saving measures and helps the department to reduce the energy cost.
  • Carryout daily checks on Lighting control, Power system, Electrical service rooms (MV/ LV), Energy Meters, Transformer Rooms, Fire Pump Rooms, Room Management System, Water Tank systems, BMS system ensuring and all set parameters as desired for intended operation.
  • Familiarizes himself with total layout of the building and estate regarding safety aspects such as isolation points, etc.
  • Performs preventive maintenance work on for the electrical equipment and maintains service / history reports.
  • Attends to repair and maintain Electrical Service System
  • Advises improvements to the present system in order to optimize the operating efficiency and economy of the said system.
  • Assists supervisor to prepare spare parts lists for the electrical equipment
  • Attends to repair and maintain general mechanical systems.
  • Participates in the Hotel Energy Conservation Program.
  • Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept in clean and tidy condition.
  • Also to do breakdown service in guest rooms,
  • Servicing and maintenance of public area electrical equipments.
  • Carries out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
  • Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
  • Follows the preventive maintenance program.
  • To assist in carrying out monthly inventory of operating equipment.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • To undertake Duties of the Electrical Technician as per the Engineer Duty Roster
