GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة Lead Secondary Engineer في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب ضمان الأداء الفني لتصميمات أنظمة الحماية والتحكم والجهد المنخفض في محطات الجهد العالي وHVDC، مع الالتزام بالميزانية والجدول الزمني والجودة وفقاً لتوقعات العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد قائمة المستندات الأولية للتخصص ومواءمتها مع الجدول الزمني للمشروع بفترات زمنية قابلة للتحقيق.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) بشكل شهري.
- إضفاء الطابع الرسمي على خطة مراجعات التصميم ومراجعات البوابات (Gate reviews) ومتابعتها.
- دمج جزء التصميم في خطة تقييم المخاطر والفرص (ROR) مع إضفاء الطابع الرسمي على خطة التخفيف وتحديد حالة الإجراءات (لم تبدأ، قيد التنفيذ، مغلقة).
- الالتزام الصارم بأدوات إدارة التصميم وتقديم بيانات متسقة.
- تحديث خطة عبء العمل للتخصص بشكل منتظم.
- إتقان ساعات التصميم المخصصة للتخصص.
- تنفيذ عملية تغيير التصميم.
- نشر والتحقق من صحة أوراق واجهات التخصص (Interface sheets) للمشروع.
- ضمان عدم وجود فجوات كبيرة في النطاق وتبادل المعلومات مع الشركاء أو الموردين الرئيسيين.
- تجنب المطالبات الجادة من الموردين الرئيسيين.
- تنظيم اجتماعات تنسيقية عند الاقتضاء باستخدام المنصة الهندسية المناسبة.
- استخدام نظام تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) للتخصص.
- تسليم مستندات التخصص المرتبطة بدليل التشغيل والصيانة (OM&M) في الوقت المحدد.
- الامتثال لعمليات وإجراءات الجودة وسياسات GE.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة، أو خبرة مهنية معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة ضمن الأنشطة/التخصصات ذات الصلة في بيئة مشاريع من نوع EPC في مجالات النقل والتوزيع، STATCOM، توليد الطاقة، أو صناعة النفط والغاز.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل مع الشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC).
- القدرة على السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 20% داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وغيرها من المناطق لفترات قصيرة أو متوسطة حسب الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تنظيم المشاريع والعمليات الهندسية المتعلقة بنطاق النشاط.
- خبرة في عمليات إدارة المشاريع الفنية، ويفضل في سياق فرق متعددة التخصصات ذات واجهات متعددة.
- خبرات متعددة في إدارة حزم عمل التصميم الموكلة إلى مقاولين خارجيين بأحجام مختلفة.
- الالتزام الصارم بأدوات إدارة التصميم وتقديم بيانات متسقة.
- تحديث خطة عبء العمل للتخصص بشكل منتظم.
- خبرة في حل المشكلات الفنية.
- معرفة بصناعة النقل أو التوزيع.

As a High Voltage Substation Control, protection & low voltage system designer Engineer, your main responsibility is to design, be part of the design of the design of a high voltage & HVDC substations, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards, protection standard, and regulations. Collaboration with other engineers and support for project documentation and continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.

- Discipline Design reviews & Gate reviews plan formalized and followed
- ROR integrates design part and Mitigation plan formalized and actions status identified (not started, ongoing, closed.)
- Design management tools strictly followed, and submission of coherent data
- Discipline workload plan updated on regular base
- Discipline Design hours mastered
- Design change process in place
- Discipline Interface sheets deployed and validated for the project
- No significant gap in scope and exchange of information between partners or main suppliers from our partners & Suppliers
- No serious claim from main Suppliers
- Engineering platform in place when relevant, coordination meetings organized
- NCR system used for the discipline
- Discipline document to be attached to the OM&M delivered on time
- Compliance to Quality processes and procedures and GE policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college Electrical or related backgrounds or relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in the related activity/discipline in project & EPC type environment in T&D, STATCOM, Power Gen or Oil &Gas industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Saudi Electricity Company.
- This role requires up to 20% travel within MEA & Europe along with other country/regions for short or medium period based on requirement.

- Experience in technical problem solving
- Knowledge of Transmission or Distribution industry
