تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة طبيب عام - طب باطني (General Physician - Internal Medicine) في المدينة المنورة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

مساعدة الطبيب المسؤول وفريق العلاج في تنفيذ خطة العلاج، وتوثيق البيانات في السجل الطبي الإلكتروني (EMR) وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مقابلة وتقييم المرضى خلال ساعات الدوام، وأخذ تاريخ طبي دقيق وشامل يتضمن تاريخ الأدوية والجوانب الاجتماعية والنفسية والوظيفية، وإجراء الفحوصات السريرية حسب الحالة، وتوثيق النتائج والمعلومات السريرية في السجل الطبي.
  • إبلاغ الطبيب المعني بأي مرضى منومين ومناقشة حالتهم السريرية وأي تفاصيل طبية تستدعي تعديل أو إضافة للعلاج، وتوضيح خطة العمل والفحوصات اللازمة.
  • إجراء الجولات اليومية لجميع المرضى المنومين في الأجنحة المخصصة، وتوثيق النتائج والتقييم وخطة الرعاية في سجلات المتابعة.
  • تغطية مناوبات الطوارئ (on-call) كأول طبيب متصل وفقًا لجداول القسم.
  • الاستجابة الفورية لشكاوى المرضى الطبية، وتقييم حالتهم وإدارتها بمساعدة الأخصائي أو الاستشاري المختص، وتوثيق النتائج وخطة الرعاية في سجلات المتابعة.
  • توثيق جميع المبررات السريرية للفحوصات التشخيصية المتقدمة (مثل الأشعة المقطعية، الرنين المغناطيسي، الموجات فوق الصوتية) ولخطوات العلاج، والتأكد من توافق التوثيق مع سياسات فقيه ومعايير شركات التأمين بما في ذلك اختيار رموز ICD بدقة.
  • إتمام تسليم المهام (handover/handoff) في نهاية المناوبة لجميع المرضى المنومين في الجناح المخصص، مع تضمين المهام الطبية التشخيصية والعلاجية المعلقة.
  • التنسيق بين المريض وجميع أعضاء فريق الرعاية الصحية المشاركين، بما في ذلك الممرضين والاستشاريين وأخصائيي التغذية والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمختبر والأشعة وأطباء شركات التأمين.
  • ملء جميع النماذج المطلوبة في السجل الطبي بدقة وفقًا لسياسات فقيه، بما في ذلك نموذج النقل الطبي للمرضى المنقولين من جناح إلى آخر.

  • العمل كعضو نشط في منشأة فقيه والمساهمة في جميع الجهود التي تسهل تقديم رعاية آمنة وسلسة للمرضى.
  • إبلاغ الطبيب المعني و/أو رئيس القسم بأي مشاكل طبية غير محلولة تتعلق بالمريض.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة التعليم الطبي المستمر (CME) والحصول على الساعات المطلوبة حسب جهة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية.
  • أداء مهام إضافية حسب توجيهات رئيس القسم وفقًا للصلاحيات الممنوحة.
  • مهام إضافية عند التكليف بأجنحة الجراحة: إجراء التقييمات قبل الجراحة الشاملة، وإجراء العمليات الجراحية البسيطة والمساعدة في العمليات الأكثر تعقيدًا تحت إشراف الجراحين الأقدم، وإدارة الرعاية بعد الجراحة، والتنسيق مع فرق الجراحة.
  • مهام إضافية عند التكليف بأجنحة النساء والتوليد: تقديم رعاية شاملة تحت إشراف الطبيب المسؤول، تشمل الفحوصات الدورية وزيارات ما قبل الولادة والمساعدة في الولادة ورعاية ما بعد الولادة.
  • مهام إضافية عند التكليف بأجنحة الأطفال: تقديم الرعاية الطبية للمرضى المنومين من الأطفال والرضع والمراهقين تحت إشراف أطباء الأطفال الأقدم، وحضور الولادات لتقديم رعاية حديثي الولادة الفورية، وتثبيت الحالات الحرجة أو المصابة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل فعالة شفهية واستماعية.
  • مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين والعرض التقديمي.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الضغوط.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Microsoft Office).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الخبرة: إكمال سنة خبرة واحدة (تدريب) في مستشفيات أو مراكز صحية معترف بها.
  • التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة أو ما يعادلها من مؤسسة معتمدة.
  • اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة، ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
  • التراخيص والشهادات: رخصة مزاولة المهنة من جهة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS / DHA)، وشهادة BLS، ورخصة متقدمة إن وجدت.

Description

Job Purpose:

Assists MRP and treating teams in implementing management plan and performs documentation in EMR in a timely manner and in accordance with Fakeeh care policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Interviews and evaluates patients during his/her duty hours, and takes thorough accurate medical history, including detailed medication history, socioeconomic, psychological and functional history, and performs physical exams as applicable. Documents findings and relevant clinical information in the patient's medical record.
  • Notifies the attending physician about any admitted inpatients and discusses with him/her the patient's clinical condition and any medical details that warrant further or additional management, clarify with him/her the needed work up and management plan.
  • Conducts daily rounds to every inpatient in his / her assigned wards, and documents in the progress notes his / her findings along with assessment and plan of care.
  • Covers call Rota as first on call as per departmental schedules.
  • Responds immediately to patient's medical complaints, evaluates and manages the patient with assistance of the concerned specialist or consultant, and documents findings and plan of care in the progress notes.
  • Documents all the indications and clinical justifications for all requested advanced diagnostic tests (e.g. C.T. scan, MRI.U/S) and for management steps and ensure documentation complies with Fakeeh Care policies and with insurance companies standards , including accurate choice of ICD’s.
  • Completes handover/ Handoff at the end of duty shifts for all inpatients in his / her assigned ward to his / her colleague. hands off details must include pending medical diagnostic and therapeutic tasks.
  • Coordinates between the patient and all disciplines of health care team involved in the care provision including nurses, consultants, clinical dietitians, social workers, laboratory and radiology departments and Insurance company doctors, etc.
  • Fills accurately and properly all required forms in patient's medical record as defined by Fakeeh Care policies including the medical transfer form for all patients transferred from his / her ward to another wards.
  • Completes properly and accurately the discharge summaries of his inpatients and discusses the discharge instruction sheet and take-home medications with the discharged patients.
  • Attends all departmental meetings and participates actively in all departmental projects and activities.
  • Participates in all quality and patient safety activities in the Fakeeh Health Care facility.
  • Acts as an active member of the Fakeeh Health Care facility and shares in all efforts that facilitate the provision of safe, uneventful and smooth care to Fakeeh Care patients.
  • Reports to the attending of patients and / or chairpersons of medical departments any relevant unresolved medical patient related problems.
  • Participates in continuous medical education activities and earns CME hours as required by regional health regulatory authority.
  • Performs additional duties as directed by Chair of involved department and in full compliance with assigned privileges
  • Additional Duties when assigned to Surgical wards:
  • Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures and assist in more complex surgeries under the supervision of senior surgeons.
  • Manage postoperative care, including monitoring recovery, prescribing medication, and providing follow-up care under supervision.
  • Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure effective patient care before, during, and after surgery.
  • Additional Duties when assigned to Obstetrics and gynecology wards:
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care under supervision of MRP, including regular exams, prenatal visits, labor and delivery assistance, and postpartum care.
  • Additional Duties when assigned to Pediatric wards:
  • Provide medical care to pediatric inpatients, including newborns, infants, children, and adolescents, under the supervision of senior pediatricians.
  • Attend labor and delivery to provide immediate neonatal care, including initial assessments, resuscitation (if necessary), and stabilization of newborns.
  • Stabilize critically ill or injured pediatric patients in emergency situations and work as part of a team to provide rapid interventions.

Experience

Completion of one year experience (internship) in recognized hospitals or health centers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery or the equivalent from an accredited institution.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS Certificate and advanced license if applicable.
