تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية في المدينة السعودية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تقنية بنك الدم (Blood Bank Technologist).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مقابلة المتبرعين بالدم واختيارهم واختبارهم.
  • جمع الدم من المتبرعين ومعالجته وتحضير مكونات الدم مثل packed RBCs، Fresh Frozen Plasma، Platelet concentrate وCryoprecipitate.
  • اختيار مكونات الدم وإجراء اختبارات ما قبل نقل الدم واختبارات التوافق وإصدار مكونات الدم.
  • تشغيل أجهزة الفصادة (Apheresis Machines) بما في ذلك إجراءات تبديل كريات الدم الحمراء وتبادل البلازما العلاجي باستخدام جهاز Optia Apheresis Machine؛ وجمع الصفائح الدموية من المتبرعين باستخدام جهاز Trima Apheresis machine.
  • توثيق تقييم مضاعفات نقل الدم واكتشافها والإبلاغ عنها.
  • إجراء فصائل الدم، فحص الأجسام المضادة وتحديدها، الامتصاص الدافئ، الإستخلاص الحمضي، النمط الظاهري للعامل الريزوسي (RH Phenotyping)، اختبارات كومبس، معايرة الأجسام المضادة، الراصات الباردة (Cold Agglutinins)، اختبار Apt، اختبار نقص الصفيحات الناجم عن الهيبارين (Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia) والتحقق من ABO-Rh.
  • إجراء مراقبة الجودة اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية للكواشف الأنبوبية، بطاقات الجل، كواشف DayMate S ومكونات الدم.
  • القيام بصيانة تنظيف وتعقيم الأجهزة والأدوات.
  • التحقق من نتائج فحص المتبرعين بالدم والإرجاء (deferral).
  • إجراء تقنية تضخيم الحمض النووي (Nucleic Acid Amplification Technique) للمتبرعين بالدم، وصيانة جهاز NAT ومراقبة الجودة.
  • إجراء عملية إلغاء تجزئة مكونات الدم (defragging) ووضع ملصقات ISBT لمكونات الدم.
  • الإبلاغ عن القيم الحرجة للنتائج وفقًا للسياسة.
  • إعداد تقارير تباين الأحداث (Occurrence variance reporting - OVR) في النظام أو في النموذج اليدوي.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية إذا كان ذلك ممكنًا.
  • مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق مسؤولية الوظيفة مثل اختبارات الكفاءة ومتطلبات معايير الاعتماد الوطنية والدولية.

  1. Blood donor interview, selection and testing.
  2. Blood donor collection, processing and preparation of the blood components such as packed RBCs, Fresh Frozen Plasma, Platelet concentrate and Cryoprecipitate.
  3. Selection of blood components, pre-transfusion tests and compatibility testing, Issue of blood components.
  4. Operates the Apheresis Machines which includes the following procedures Red Cell Exchange and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange using Optia Apheresis Machine; Platelet Collection in blood donors using Trima Apheresis machine.
  5. Documentation of transfusion complications evaluation, detection and reporting.
  6. Performed blood grouping, Antibody screen and Identification, Warm absorption, Acid Elution, RH Phenotyping, Coombs tests, Antibody Titer, Cold Agglutinins, Apt’s Tests, Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia test and ABO-Rh verification.
  7. Performs daily, weekly and Monthly QC of tube reagents, gel cards, DayMate S reagents and blood components.
  8. Do machine and instrument cleaning and decontamination maintenance.
  9. Checks blood donor screening results and deferral.
  10. Performs Nucleic Acid Amplification Technique for blood donors. Do NAT machine maintenance and QC.
  11. Do system blood components defragging and ISBT label for blood components.
  12. Relays result critical values as per policy.
  13. Do Occurrence variance reporting (OVR) in the system or in the manual form.
  14. Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
  15. Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility of the job such as proficiency testing, and requirements for national and international accreditation standards.
