أخصائي أمراض في فقيه للرعاية الصحية (السعودية) - يقوم بتشخيص وعلاج المرضى ضمن مرافق المركز وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الرعاية للمرضى ضمن نطاق الصلاحيات الممنوحة ووفقاً لمعايير الرعاية وسياسات فقيه.
  • توثيق جميع الرعاية المقدمة حسب سياسات وإجراءات التوثيق في فقيه.
  • تقديم التثقيف والتواصل الفعال مع المرضى، بالتنسيق مع الطبيب المعالج للمرضى المنومين.
  • إجراء أو المساعدة في إجراء الإجراءات الطبية/الجراحية ضمن الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
  • تقديم التقارير الطبية المطلوبة للمرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفق النموذج المعتمد في فقيه.
  • حضور الاجتماعات القسمية والأنشطة العلمية، والمساهمة في تعليم وتدريب الأطباء الأصغر سنًا.
  • فهم شامل لسياسات وإجراءات فقيه والمشاركة الفعالة في تنفيذها.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليف بها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، ويشمل ذلك: أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، الامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل انتهائه بشهر على الأقل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
  • القدرة على تقديم المعلومات بفعالية للمجموعات العامة وإدارة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في ظروف ضغط عالٍ.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة: 0 - 3 سنوات في مجال التخصص ضمن مستشفيات أو مراكز صحية معترف بها.
  • التعليم: شهادة تخصص سعودي أو مؤهل معادل في العلوم الصحية من مؤسسة معتمدة.
  • اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، ويفضل إجادة العربية.
  • التراخيص: رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة الصحية المعنية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS)، وترخيص متقدم إن أمكن.

Description

Job Purpose:

Performs activities for the diagnosis and treatment of patients receiving care in Fakeeh Care facilities.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Provides patient care as delineated in granted privileges and in accordance with standards of care and Fakeeh Care policies and protocols.
  • Documents all provided care as per Fakeeh care documentation policies and procedures
  • Provides education and effective communication to patients. This shall be done in collaboration with the attending physician for in-patients.
  • Performs or assists in performing medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
  • Provides patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner and as per Fakeeh care format.
  • Attends departmental meetings and scientific activities and contributes to the teaching and training of juniors.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and effectively participates in their execution.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

  • Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
  • Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
  • Must be able to effectively present information to public groups and Fakeeh Care management.
  • Should possess good organization skills and able to work in high stress situations.

Experience

0 - 3 years of experience within the field of specialty in recognized hospitals or health centers.

Education

Saudi Specialty Certificate or an equivalent credential in health sciences from an accredited institution.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and preferably Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
