تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تسعير في مكة المكرمة وجدة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الإشراف على استراتيجية التسعير للمنشأة، وتحديد خطط التسعير المثلى للخدمات الطبية، وتحليل اتجاهات الصناعة وديناميكيات السوق وسلوك إنفاق المرضى لضمان الربحية والميزة التنافسية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان سلامة ودقة معلومات التكاليف والبيانات المالية ذات الصلة، والحفاظ على هيكل تسعير موثوق.
  • إعداد أفضل العروض النهائية (BAFO) مع ضمان تسعير تنافسي يتماشى مع أهداف فقيه للرعاية الصحية وظروف السوق.
  • قيادة وتوجيه صياغة استراتيجيات التسعير، وضمان أن إجراءات التسعير تهدف إلى تعظيم الربحية.
  • إجراء تقييمات مالية لتقييم فعالية استراتيجيات التسعير وتأثيرها على الإيرادات والربحية.
  • إدارة وإشراف فريق من محللي التسعير، وتوجيههم في توليد أسعار جديدة وحل التناقضات والأنشطة المتعلقة بالتسعير.
  • تحليل الأثر المالي لمناهج التسعير، مع مراعاة البيانات التاريخية وربحية شرائح العملاء.
  • إعداد حزم دعم تكاليف شاملة تتوافق مع لوائح CHI، وضمان الشفافية والامتثال.
  • تحديد وتقييم إجراءات العمل الجديدة ومتطلبات الموارد، وتحفيز تنفيذ أو صيانة نظام التسعير.
  • إجراء عروض تقديمية شفهية ومراجعات للتكاليف لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، وضمان الوضوح والمواءمة مع أهداف فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • تطوير نظرة شاملة ومحدّثة لتغيرات السياسات والاتجاهات التي قد تؤثر على التسعير والوصول إلى خدمات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق التنظيم والمالية والطبية والتجارية لتوفير افتراضات التسعير الداعمة لتخطيط الميزانية وتقييم المخاطر والتمارين ذات الصلة.
  • تطوير تكتيكات لإدارة الاتجاهات الإقليمية والمحلية المؤثرة على التسعير والوصول، بما في ذلك حلول مبتكرة لحماية هياكل التسعير.
  • تخطيط وتتبع تنفيذ خطط الوصول متعددة الوظائف للعلامات التجارية المبتكرة، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف التسعير.
  • وضع خطط تسعير سنوية وإجراء مراجعات دورية، وتعديل الاستراتيجيات استجابةً للتغيرات في عقود العملاء أو السياسات أو ظروف السوق المحلية.
  • تحليل طلبات تغيير الأسعار من فريق التكاليف من خلال تقييم تأثيرات الهامش والتغيرات المحتملة في الحجم واستراتيجيات تسعير المنافسين.
  • إدارة والإشراف على عمليات تقدير الأسعار، وضمان الدقة والمواءمة مع أهداف تسعير فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • أعمال أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية ومالية قوية لتقييم استراتيجيات التسعير.
  • إتقان أبحاث السوق وتحليل المنافسين.
  • قدرات فعالة في حل المشكلات والتفكير النقدي.
  • مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والدقة في وثائق التسعير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال التسعير أو التحليل المالي أو إدارة دورة الإيرادات، ويفضل في قطاع الرعاية الصحية أو الخدمات الطبية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
  • إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.

Job Purpose:

Oversee the pricing strategy for the organization, identify optimal pricing schemes for medical services, and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and patient spending behavior to ensure profitability and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Ensures the integrity and accuracy of cost and related financial information, maintaining a reliable pricing structure.
  • Prepares Best and Final Offers (BAFO), ensuring competitive pricing that aligns with Fakeeh Care goals and market conditions.
  • Leads and directs the formulation of pricing strategies, ensuring that pricing actions are taken to maximize profitability.
  • Performs financial evaluations to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and their impact on revenue and profitability.
  • Manages and supervises a team of pricing analysts, guiding them in new price generation, discrepancy resolution, and pricing-related activities.
  • Analyzes the financial impact of pricing approaches, considering historical data and the profitability of customer segments.
  • Prepares comprehensive cost support packages that comply with CHI Regulations, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Defines and evaluates new business procedures, resource requirements, and stimulates the implementation or maintenance of the pricing system.
  • Conducts oral presentations and cost revisions to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with Fakeeh Care objectives.
  • Develops a comprehensive and updated overview of policy changes and trends that could impact pricing and access to Fakeeh Care services.
  • Works closely with Regulatory, Finance, Medical, and Commercial teams to provide pricing assumptions supporting budget planning, risk assessment, and related exercises.
  • Develop tactics for managing regional and local trends impacting pricing and access, including innovative solutions to protect pricing structures.
  • Plans and tracks the implementation of cross-functional Access Plans for innovative brands, ensuring alignment with pricing goals.
  • Establish annual pricing plans and conduct regular reviews, adjusting strategies in response to changes in client contracts, policies, or local market conditions.
  • Analyzes price change requests from the costing team by evaluating margin impacts, potential volume changes, and competitor pricing strategies.
  • Manages and supervises price estimation processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Fakeeh Care pricing goals.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare or medical services industry.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Language

  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
