شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس طب حيوي - كبير (Senior Biomedical Engineer) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان التشغيل الآمن والفعال للمعدات الطبية الحيوية من خلال إجراء الصيانة والإصلاحات وتقديم التدريب على استخدامها السليم، وذلك وفقًا لمعايير الاعتماد الوطنية والدولية للرعاية الصحية واللوائح المعمول بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان ظروف عمل مناسبة للمعدات الطبية في مجال تخصصه، ورفع التقارير العاجلة إلى مدير وحدة الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- العمل بشكل مستقل أو بالتعاون مع أعضاء قسم الهندسة الطبية الحيوية وفق متطلبات العمل لتقليل وقت تعطل المعدات الطبية.
- اقتراح الأدوات ومعدات الاختبار ومواد الخدمة اللازمة للمعدات الطبية في مجال تخصصه على مدير/مدير عام الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- تنفيذ أو الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية للمعدات الطبية عند الحاجة، والتأكد من إتمامها عبر تقرير خدمة موقع من المستخدم النهائي وتوثيق الإجراء.
- تنفيذ أو الإشراف على خطط الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة وفقًا لقائمة فحص الشركة المصنعة، والتأكد من إتمامها عبر تقرير خدمة موقع من المستخدم النهائي وتوثيق الإجراء.
- تنفيذ أو الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب المعدات الطبية وإزالتها بعد الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من رئيس قسم المعدات الطبية، بما في ذلك التوثيق الكامل لعملية الاستلام الجديد والتخلص من المهملات.
- التحكم في العمل ومتابعة الطلبات اليومية لتوزيعها على فني الطب الحيوي ومتابعة الإجراء المتخذ لكل أمر عمل.
- مساعدة قسم سلسلة التوريد في تقييم عروض قطع الغيار للمعدات الطبية.
- ضمان استيفاء المواصفات البيئية والفنية للمعدات الطبية الجديدة والموجودة في الموقع.
- تقديم تقارير شهرية لمدير/مدير عام الهندسة الطبية الحيوية تشمل حالة تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات الطبية.
- الاستجابة للحوادث العاجلة واتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية بالتنسيق مع مدير/مدير عام الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- طلب المعدات/قطع الغيار المفقودة والفهارس الخاصة بالمعدات الطبية في مجال تخصصه وضمان تنظيمها.
- التحكم في التدريب المطلوب لمستخدمي منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية وإجراء التدريب اللازم.
- مراقبة والإشراف الدائم على أنشطة ورشة الطب الحيوي.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمشاركة بنشاط في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر من انتهاء صلاحيته.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنشطة الخدمة والصيانة للمعدات الطبية في مجال التخصص، سواء في مستشفى أو شركة خدمات معدات طبية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإلكترونية أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا، ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- حيازة رخصة سارية المفعول لمزاولة مهنة مهندس طب حيوي صادرة عن الجهة التنظيمية المختصة.

Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of biomedical equipment by performing maintenance, repairs, and providing training on its proper use, in compliance with national and international healthcare accreditation standards and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in service and maintenance activities of medical equipment in his domain of specialty in either hospital or medical equipment services provider company.
Education: Bachelor degree of Electronics or Biomedical Engineering.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: Hold a valid license to practice as a Biomedical Engineer issued by the relevant regulatory authority.
Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Assures the working conditions of Fakeeh Health Care facility medical equipment’s in his / her domain of specialties and reports to Biomedical Engineering Unit Manager on any urgent stage related to Biomedical Equipment.
- Works independently and/or collaboratively with other BME Department members according to the job requirement, to minimize the down time of the medical equipment in his domain of specialties.
- Suggests to Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director the necessary tools, test equipment as well as service materials required for the medical equipment in his domain of specialties.
- Performs and/or supervises corrective jobs for medical equipment whenever is needed and confirm completion of this task by signed service report from end-user and debrief action taken on the system
- Performs and/or supervises scheduled PPM’s per manufacturer checklist and confirm completion of this task by signed service report from end-user and debrief action taken on the system
- Performs and/or supervises medical equipment installation and dismantling activities after getting necessary permits from the Medical Equipment Department Head this includes complete needed documentation for new acceptance & scrap process.
- Controls the work and follow-up the daily request to be distributed to Biomedical Technician and follow-up the action taken for each job order.
- Assists Supply Chain Department in evaluating the medical equipment spare parts offers.
- Assures the environmental and technical specifications fulfillment of the new and existing medical equipment in site.
- Reports to the Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director in monthly basis including execution status of the PPM Plan for medical equipment.
- Responds to urgent incidents and perform immediate actions in coordination with Biomedical Engineering Manager / Director.
- Orders missing equipment / spare parts and product catalogues for medical equipment in his domain of specialties and assures keeping them organized.
- Controlling the training needed for Fakeeh Health Care facility users and do the necessary training of needed.
- Always Observes and supervises the Biomedical Workshop activities.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
