يعلن مستشفى فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن حاجته إلى استشاري قلب في المدينة، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

أداء المهام السريرية وفقًا للصلاحيات السريرية الممنوحة.
تقييم المرضى بشكل شامل (على سبيل المثال، التقييم السريري والاجتماعي والاقتصادي والنفسي والوظيفي) وتوثيق التقييم في السجلات الطبية.
وضع خطة رعاية للمرضى باستخدام نهج قائم على الأدلة ووفقًا لمعايير الرعاية، وتوثيقها في السجل الطبي.
ضمان تنفيذ خطة رعاية المرضى في الوقت المناسب.
يكون الطبيب المسؤول الأول (MRP) عن المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه.
للمرضى المنومين تحت اسمه، وضع خطة للخروج من المستشفى في يوم القبول وإشراك خدمة تخطيط الخروج في أقرب وقت ممكن عند الاقتضاء.
تقييم المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه مرة واحدة على الأقل يوميًا وتوثيق التقييم اليومي وخطة الرعاية في ملاحظات التقدم اليومية باستخدام تنسيق SOAP.
الاستجابة للاستشارات الطبية في الوقت المناسب.
توثيق التدخلات الطبية التي يجريها للمرضى في الوقت المناسب.
الالتزام الصارم بمعايير فقيه للرعاية الصحية لتوثيق السجلات الطبية.
المسؤولية عن إكمال وتوثيق ملخصات الخروج للمرضى المنومين تحت اسمه في الوقت المناسب، وكذلك التأكد من تقديم تعليمات الخروج والتوعية حول الأدوية المنزلية قبل خروج المريض.
الالتزام بواجبات منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية والاستجابة للمكالمات من المنشأة وفقًا لجدول المناوبات في القسم.
حضور اجتماعات القسم والاجتماعات العامة للموظفين والمساهمة بأفكار لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية ورضا المرضى.
المسؤولية عن كتابة التقارير الطبية لمرضاه في الوقت المناسب ووفقًا لتنسيق فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
المساهمة في جولات التعليم والأنشطة التعليمية بناءً على طلب رئيس القسم الطبي.
توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي الاستباقي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل، والالتزام بقواعد السلوك وسياسات ومعايير فقيه للرعاية الصحية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.

المهارات المطلوبة

القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
مهارات استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت (Microsoft).
مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في حالات الضغط العالي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

الخبرة: إكمال الخبرة وفقًا للجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (كما هو مذكور في التعليم) في مجال التخصص ضمن مراكز طبية معترف بها.
التعليم: البورد / الزمالة.
التراخيص: ترخيص الممارسة من الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، بالإضافة إلى شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) والترخيص المتقدم (إن وجد).

About the job

Key Responsibilities And Duties

Performs clinical duties as per his / her assigned clinical privileges.
Assesses his / her patients thoroughly (eg. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.
Develops a plan of care for patients using an evidence-based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in patients’ medical record.
Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his / her name.
For inpatients admitted under his / her name, develops discharge plan on day of admission and involves discharge-planning service as early as possible if warranted.
Assesses inpatients that are admitted under his / her name at least once daily and ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes using SOAP format.
Responds to medical consultations in timely manner.
Documents medical interventions that he / she performs on patients in a timely manner.
Strictly follows Fakeeh care standards for documentation in medical records
Responsible for timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries for patients admitted under his / her name. Also responsible for ensuring that indicated discharge instructions and education on take home medications is done prior to patients discharge.
Attends to Fakeeh Health Care facility duties and responds to calls from the facility as per the departmental /section call schedule.
Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
Responsible for writing medical reports of his / her patients in a timely manner
and as per Fakeeh care format
Contributes to teaching rounds and teaching activities as requested by chairperson of medical department
Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Job Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians
and non-medical staff.
Microsoft computer skills.
Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.

Experience

Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority
(as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
