تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية (الرياض) عن توفر وظيفة "صرف مستودعات" (Warehouse Dispenser) بهدف ضمان صرف دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية وغير الطبية، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومخزون دقيق.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراقبة جميع الطلبات في النظام بشكل ساعي وتوفير المواد للجهات المعنية فوراً.
  • معالجة أي مشكلات متعلقة بالصرف مثل اختلاف وحدة القياس، سوء التغليف، أو نقص الكميات.
  • طباعة تقارير الصرف وتسليمها للحمال (porter) للتوصيل، مع ضمان الاستلام الرسمي من المستخدم النهائي، وتنفيذ جميع الطلبات عبر الباركود (barcoding) مع الالتزام بمتطلبات RSD.
  • متابعة الحمالين لضمان تلبية الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
  • تنفيذ مهام الجرد والجرد الدوري (cycle counting) حسب تعليمات مدير الوحدة.
  • الالتزام بجداول العمل والمناوبات ومواعيد الورديات.
  • الحفاظ على تخزين جميع المواد في المواقع المخصصة (بما في ذلك التحكم في درجة الحرارة وسلسلة التبريد)، مع النظافة والتنظيم والمطابقة لسجلات النظام.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة التخزين وتعقيمها، والتأكد من إزالة العبوات الخارجية قبل إدخال المواد، والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات.
  • اتباع جميع متطلبات السلامة والجودة للتخزين الطبي ومناولة المواد.
  • تطبيق مبدأ "أول انتهاء صلاحية أول صرف" (FEFO) بشكل ثابت، وضمان ممارسات التوزيع والمناولة الجيدة عند الصرف والتسليم.
  • الإبلاغ عن المواد التي تقترب من انتهاء الصلاحية (خلال شهر) لإعادتها إلى المستودع الرئيسي أو التخلص منها بشكل مناسب.
  • أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة تُسند إليه ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في دور مماثل، ويفضل في بيئة الرعاية الصحية أو سلسلة التوريد.
  • شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها؛ الشهادات الإضافية في إدارة المخزون أو سلسلة التوريد مفضلة.
  • إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • لا توجد شهادات/تراخيص مطلوبة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة.
  • مهارات تحليلية جيدة.
  • مستوى عالٍ من مهارات الحاسب.

Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medication/ medical and non-medical supplies, maintaining proper records, stock accuracy, and compliance with safety standards to support continuous and efficient warehouse operations across the designated Fakeeh Care functions or entities.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Monitors all requests in the system on an hourly basis and supply items promptly to the concerned departments.
  • Addresses and resolves any issues related to dispensing, such as unit of measure discrepancies, bad packaging, or short quantities.
  • Prints issuance reports and hands them over to the porter for delivery, ensuring official receipt by the end user. and execute all orders via barcoding and complying with RSD
  • Follows up with porters to guarantee timely fulfillment of requests.
  • Execute inventory and cycle counting tasks as instructed by the unit manager.
  • Adheres to assigned work schedules, duties, rotation cycles, and ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.
  • Maintains proper storage of all items in designated locations (including but limited to temperature control and cold chain), ensuring they are clean, organized, and match the system records.
  • Keeps the storage area clean and hygienic at all times, ensuring items are de-boxed before entering the store, and report any irregularities.
  • Follows all safety and quality requirements for medical storage and material handling.
  • Applies the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principle consistently and ensures good distribution and handling practices in dispensing and delivering items.
  • Reports items nearing expiration (within one month) for return to the main warehouse or proper disposal.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or supply chain environment.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or supply chain management are preferred.

Language

  • good command of oral and written English and Arabic.
