تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) عن توفر وظيفة استشاري طب التخدير (Anesthesiology Physician - Consultant) في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان التخدير الآمن للمرضى وإدارة الألم ودعم الرعاية المحيطة بالعمليات الجراحية والطبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التخدير باستخدام تقنيات متنوعة (مثل التخدير العام، الموضعي، العصبي المركزي، أو إحصار الأعصاب بالموجات فوق الصوتية) بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المرضى وحسب الصلاحيات السريرية الممنوحة.
- إجراء تقييم ما قبل التخدير والتحريض للمرضى المقرر تخديرهم، ومراقبة المرضى قبل وأثناء وبعد الإجراءات لإدارة الألم والحفاظ على العلامات الحيوية المستقرة.
- التعامل مع التفاعلات العكسية أو المضاعفات المرتبطة بالتخدير وإدارتها.
- توثيق دقيق لإجراءات التخدير بما في ذلك أنواع الأدوية والجرعات واستجابات المرضى.
- تقييم مخاطر المرضى من خلال مراجعة السجلات الطبية وإجراء الفحوصات وطلب الاختبارات التشخيصية عند الحاجة.
- التعاون مع الجراحين والأطباء وغيرهم من المتخصصين لتحديد خطط التخدير المثلى.
- توفير إدارة مجرى الهواء ودعم الحياة أثناء التخدير والتسكين.
- الإشراف على مرحلة التعافي بعد التخدير وتحديد مدى استعداد المريض للخروج من وحدة العناية بعد التخدير (PACU).
- توجيه الأطباء المقيمين والفنيين والممرضين وطاقم الدعم في المهام المتعلقة بالتخدير.
- الإشراف على مهام الأطباء المقيمين والفنيين والممرضين وغيرهم من الكوادر الداعمة.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الرعاية بعد الإجراءات والمضاعفات المحتملة واستراتيجيات الوقاية.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية والجولات القسمية والمبادرات التثقيفية عند الطلب.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات القسم والمساهمة في الأنشطة العلمية والتعليمية.
- ضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والجودة وفقاً لمعايير المنظمة.
- إتقان المراقبة المتقدمة وتقنيات التسكين وعلم الأدوية والاستجابة للحالات الطارئة وإدارة المضاعفات وبروتوكولات التعافي.
- مسؤولية جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة المخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، الامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية، إكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر من تاريخ انتهائه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إتمام سنوات الخبرة المطلوبة وفقاً للجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية في مراكز طبية معترف بها.
- إتمام تدريب منظم في طب التخدير أو تخصص فرعي في مركز طبي معترف به، والحصول على أعلى درجة مهنية في التخدير من ذلك المركز مع اعتراف من الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية تحديثاً وكتابة؛ يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
- رخصة مزاولة سارية المفعول من جهة تنظيمية صحية إقليمية (مثل SCFHS/DHA).
- شهادة حالية في دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) ورخص متقدمة حسب الحالة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- القدرة على عرض المعلومات بفاعلية أمام الجمهور والإدارة العليا لفقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة.

Education
Completion of structured training in Anesthesia or sub-specialty at a recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest professional degree in anesthesia by that medical center, with recognition from the regional health regulatory authority.
Language
Excellent oral and written English skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Licenses / Certifications
Valid practice license from a regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and advanced licenses, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Administers anesthesia using various techniques (e.g., general anesthesia, local, neuraxial, or ultrasound guided nerve blocks) tailored to patient needs and as per assigned clinical privileges.
- Performs Pre-anesthesia and pre-induction assessments for patients planned for anesthesia. Monitors patients before, during, and after procedures to manage pain and maintain stable vital signs.
- Responds to and manage adverse reactions or complications related to anesthesia.
- Maintains accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, including medication types, dosages, and patient responses.
- Assess patient risk by reviewing medical histories, conducting examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests when necessary.
- Collaborates with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to determine optimal anesthesia plans.
- Provides airway management and life support during anesthesia and sedation.
- Supervises recovery post-anesthesia and determines readiness for patient discharge from PACU.
- Guides and oversees residents, technicians, nurses, and support staff in anesthesia-related tasks.
- Oversees the duties of residents, technicians, nurses and other healthcare support staff.
- Educates patients and families about post-procedure care, potential complications, and preventive health strategies.
- Participates in teaching activities, departmental rounds, and educational initiatives as requested.
- Participates in departmental meetings and contribute to scientific and educational activities.
- Ensures adherence to safety and quality protocols in line with organizational standards.
- Be competent in advanced monitoring, sedation techniques, pharmacology, response to emergencies, managing complications and recovery protocols.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.

Skills And Abilities
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physician and non-medical staff. - Must be able to effectively present information to public group and Fakeeh Care top management.
- Should possess good organization skills and be able to work under stressful situations.
- Good computer skills.
