تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي أول - طب الأطفال (Senior Specialist - Pediatric) في منطقة المدينة المنورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رعاية المرضى وفقاً للامتيازات الممنوحة ووفقاً لمعايير الرعاية وسياسات وإجراءات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • توثيق جميع الرعاية المقدمة وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات التوثيق الخاصة بفقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • تقديم التثقيف الصحي والتواصل الفعال مع المرضى، وذلك بالتعاون مع الطبيب المعالج للمرضى المنومين.
  • إجراء أو المساعدة في إجراء الإجراءات الطبية/الجراحية وفقاً للامتيازات الممنوحة.
  • تقديم التقارير الطبية المطلوبة للمرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفقاً للنموذج المعتمد في فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • حضور الاجتماعات القسمية والأنشطة العلمية والمساهمة في تعليم وتدريب المبتدئين.
  • تطوير فهم شامل لسياسات وإجراءات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمشاركة الفعالة في تنفيذها.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي لمعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة في العمل، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية، واستكمال التعليم الإلزامي وفقاً للمتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحيته.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الخبرة: إتمام الخبرة وفقاً للهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (كما هو مذكور في التعليم) في مجال التخصص، في مراكز طبية معترف بها.
  • التعليم: إتمام تدريب منظم في مجال التخصص أو التخصص الدقيق في مركز طبي معترف به، والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية في ذلك المجال التخصصي يمكن منحها من قبل ذلك المركز الطبي (Board / Fellowship / Master).
  • التراخيص: رخصة مزاولة المهنة وفقاً للهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA)، بالإضافة إلى شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS) والترخيص المتقدم إن وجد.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
  • مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي (Microsoft Office).
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في حالات الضغط العالي.

About the job

Key Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Provides patient care as delineated in granted privileges and in accordance with standards of care and Fakeeh Care policies and protocols.
  • Documents all provided care as per Fakeeh care documentation policies and procedures
  • Provides education and effective communication to patients. This shall be done in collaboration with the attending physician for in-patients.
  • Performs or assists in performing medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
  • Provides patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner and as per Fakeeh care format.
  • Attends departmental meetings and scientific activities and contributes to the teaching and training of juniors.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and effectively participates in their execution.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

  • Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians
  • and non-medical staff.
  • Microsoft computer skills.
  • Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.

Experience:

  • Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.

Education:

  • Board / Fellowship / Master.

Licenses / Certification:

  • License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS /DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
  • Microsoft computer skills.
  • Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.

Experience:

  • Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority
  • (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical
  • centers.

Education:

  • Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a
  • recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.

Licenses / Certification:

  • License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS /DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
