تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) عن توفر وظيفة استشاري أمراض النساء والتوليد (OBGYNE Consultant) في منطقة مكة المكرمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء المهام السريرية وفقًا للصلاحيات السريرية المحددة.
  • تقييم المرضى بشكل شامل (سريري، اجتماعي اقتصادي، نفسي، وظيفي) وتوثيق التقييم في السجلات الطبية.
  • وضع خطة رعاية للمرضى باستخدام نهج قائم على الأدلة ووفقًا لمعايير الرعاية، وتوثيقها في السجل الطبي.
  • ضمان تنفيذ خطة رعاية المرضى في الوقت المناسب.
  • يكون الطبيب المسؤول الرئيسي (MRP) عن المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه.
  • وضع خطة الخروج للمرضى المنومين تحت اسمه في يوم الدخول، وإشراك خدمة تخطيط الخروج في أقرب وقت ممكن إذا لزم الأمر.
  • تقييم المرضى المنومين تحت اسمه مرة واحدة على الأقل يوميًا، وتوثيق التقييم اليومي وخطة الرعاية في ملاحظات التقدم اليومية باستخدام صيغة SOAP.
  • الرد على الاستشارات الطبية في الوقت المناسب.
  • توثيق التدخلات الطبية التي يجريها للمرضى في الوقت المناسب.
  • الالتزام الصارم بمعايير فقيه للرعاية الصحية للتوثيق في السجلات الطبية.
  • المسؤولية عن إكمال وتوثيق ملخصات الخروج للمرضى المنومين تحت اسمه في الوقت المناسب، وضمان تقديم تعليمات الخروج والتوعية حول الأدوية المنزلية قبل خروج المريض.
  • الالتزام بواجبات منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية والاستجابة للمكالمات وفقًا لجدول المناوبات بالقسم/الوحدة.
  • حضور اجتماعات القسم والاجتماعات العامة والمساهمة بأفكار لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية ورضا المرضى.
  • المسؤولية عن كتابة التقارير الطبية للمرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفقًا لتنسيق فقيه.
  • المساهمة في جولات التدريس والأنشطة التعليمية حسب طلب رئيس القسم الطبي.
  • توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • أداء مهام أخرى ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة للمعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء صلاحيته.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
  • مهارات استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت (Microsoft computer skills).
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في ظروف ضغط عالٍ.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الخبرة: إكمال الخبرة وفقًا للهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (كما هو مذكور في التعليم) في مجال التخصص، في مراكز طبية معترف بها.
  • التعليم: إكمال تدريب منظم في مجال التخصص أو التخصص الفرعي في مركز طبي معترف به، والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية في ذلك المجال يمكن أن تمنحها تلك المؤسسة.
  • اللغة: إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابةً.
  • التراخيص/الشهادات: ترخيص مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي)، وشهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS)، وترخيص متقدم إذا كان ذلك مناسبًا.

Description

Job Purpose:

Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care, and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Performs clinical duties as per his / her assigned clinical privileges.
  • Assesses his / her patients thoroughly (eg. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.
  • Develops a plan of care for patients using an evidence-based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in patients’ medical record.
  • Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
  • Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his / her name.
  • For inpatients admitted under his / her name, develops discharge plan on day of admission and involves discharge-planning service as early as possible if warranted.
  • Assesses inpatients that are admitted under his / her name at least once daily and ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes using SOAP format.
  • Responds to medical consultations in timely manner.
  • Documents medical interventions that he / she performs on patients in a timely manner.
  • Strictly follows Fakeeh care standards for documentation in medical records
  • Responsible for timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries for patients admitted under his / her name. Also responsible for ensuring that indicated discharge instructions and education on take home medications is done prior to patients discharge.
  • Attends to Fakeeh Health Care facility duties and responds to calls from the facility as per the departmental / section call schedule.
  • Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Responsible for writing medical reports of his / her patients in a timely manner an das per Fakeeh care format
  • Contributes to teaching rounds and teaching activities as requested by chairperson of medical department.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
  • Microsoft computer skills.
  • Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.

Experience

Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.

Education

Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
