نبذة عن الوظيفة: ممرض/ممرضة لجناح VIP في مستشفى فقيه للرعاية الصحية، المدينة المنورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تقييمات أولية ومستمرة للحالة الصحية للمرضى، بما في ذلك الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطط رعاية فردية بناءً على تقييمات المرضى وبالتعاون مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية الآخرين.
  • إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب وصف الأطباء ومراقبة الآثار الجانبية أو التفاعلات العكسية.
  • تقديم العناية بالجروح، بما في ذلك التنظيف والتضميد ومراقبة علامات العدوى.
  • مساعدة الأطباء وغيرهم من مقدمي الرعاية الصحية أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات التشخيصية.
  • توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • مراقبة وتسجيل حالة المرضى، بما في ذلك التغيرات في الأعراض أو السلوكيات، وإبلاغ الفريق الطبي بأي تغييرات مهمة.

  • الإشراف على عمل الموظفين المبتدئين وطلاب التمريض وتقديم التوجيه والدعم حسب الحاجة.
  • التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات (الأطباء والمعالجين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين) لتقديم رعاية شاملة.
  • تحديد ومعالجة المشكلات أو التحديات في رعاية المرضى والمساهمة في إيجاد الحلول والتحسينات في الممارسة.
  • أداء مهام أخرى يكلف بها مدير التمريض ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك أداء جميع المهام بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية، واستكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في المجال السريري.
  • الممرض المقيم: الموظفون الذين لديهم خبرة أقل من سنة واحدة سيدخلون في برنامج الإقامة التمريضية (خريجو فقيه).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
  • إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • رخصة مزاولة المهنة من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة ممارسة حسب الجهة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS / DHA)، وشهادات BLS وACLS وغيرها من دورات LSTC حسب الحاجة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة بين الأشخاص وموجهة نحو الخدمة.
  • القدرة على إدارة ضغط العمل والعمل الجماعي.
  • مهارات الحاسوب (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، الطباعة وغيرها).
  • مهارات إدارية (إعداد جدول الأعمال وتدوين محاضر الاجتماعات، مسح المستندات وغيرها).

Description

Clinical Duties:

  • Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital

signs, and monitoring symptoms.

  • Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in

collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

  • Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse

reactions.

  • Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
  • Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any

significant changes to the medical team.

  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
  • Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and

improve overall care quality.

  • Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE)

use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.

  • Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
  • Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and

effective response.

  • Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and

responses.

  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and

comprehensive care.

  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.

Supportive Duties

  • Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance

during stressful times.

  • Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices

are heard.

  • Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
  • Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.

Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide

comprehensive care

Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements

in practice

Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

Requirements

Experience

Minimum of one year of clinical experience

RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN

residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

Language: Excellent command of the English language and Arabic is a plus.
