شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة فني مختبر وتقني وأخصائي أول في بنك الدم في السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • يساعد في جمع ومعالجة وتوزيع وتخزين الدم البشري ومكوناته المخصصة لنقل الدم. يتحقق من عناصر محددة من الإجراءات لتحديد ما إذا كانت بعض الخطوات تتم ضمن حدود مقبولة، بما في ذلك مراقبة الجودة للدم ومكوناته والمعدات والكواشف والإجراءات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مقابلة المتبرعين بالدم وفحصهم واختيارهم.
  • جمع الدم من المتبرعين ومعالجته وتحضير مكوناته مثل خلايا الدم الحمراء المكدسة، البلازما الطازجة المجمدة، مركز الصفائح الدموية، والراسب القري.
  • اختيار مكونات الدم، إجراء اختبارات ما قبل نقل الدم واختبارات التوافق، وصرف مكونات الدم.
  • تشغيل أجهزة الفصادة (Apheresis Machines) بما في ذلك: استبدال خلايا الدم الحمراء وتبادل البلازما العلاجي باستخدام جهاز Optia Apheresis Machine، وجمع الصفائح الدموية من المتبرعين باستخدام جهاز Trima Apheresis.
  • توثيق تقييم مضاعفات نقل الدم واكتشافها والإبلاغ عنها.
  • إجراء فصائل الدم، فحص الأجسام المضادة وتحديدها، الامتصاص الدافئ، الاستخلاص الحمضي، التنميط الظاهري لـ Rh، اختبارات كومبس، معايرة الأجسام المضادة، الراصات الباردة، اختبار Apt، اختبار نقص الصفيحات المحدث بالهيبارين، والتحقق من ABO-Rh.
  • إجراء مراقبة الجودة اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية لكواشف الأنابيب، بطاقات الجل، كواشف DayMate S، ومكونات الدم.
  • تنظيف وصيانة الأجهزة والمعدات وتعقيمها.
  • فحص نتائج فحص المتبرعين بالدم وتحديد حالات الإرجاء.
  • إجراء تقنية تضخيم الحمض النووي (Nucleic Acid Amplification Technique) للمتبرعين بالدم، وصيانة جهاز NAT ومراقبة جودته.
  • إجراء إلغاء تجزئة مكونات الدم في النظام ووضع ملصقات ISBT على مكونات الدم.
  • الإبلاغ عن القيم الحرجة للنتائج وفقًا للسياسة.
  • إعداد تقارير تباين الأحداث (Occurrence Variance Reporting) في النظام أو يدويًا.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية عند الاقتضاء.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق مسؤولية الوظيفة مثل اختبارات الكفاءة ومتطلبات معايير الاعتماد الوطنية والدولية.
  • أداء جميع المهام والواجبات وفقًا لقيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
  • المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
  • الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية بشكل استباقي.
  • الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
  • الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في مبادرات التوعية والتدريب لمنع التهديدات الإلكترونية.
  • الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمعايير الأخلاقية والتمسك بها.
  • إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات كأخصائي مختبرات طبية في بنك الدم.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المختبرات الطبية أو العلوم الطبية أو ما يعادلها من بكالوريوس العلوم في العلوم الكيميائية أو البيولوجية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
  • رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الجهة الصحية التنظيمية الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات حاسوبية جيدة.
  • دافع ذاتي وحس عالٍ بالمسؤولية.

Description

Job Purpose:

Aids in the collection, processing, distribution and storage of human blood and its components intended for transfusion. Check specific elements of procedures in order to determine whether or not certain steps are being performed with established limits of acceptability which includes Quality Control of blood and blood components, equipment, reagents procedures.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Blood donor interview, selection and testing.
  • Blood donor collection, processing and preparation of the blood components such as packed RBCs, Fresh Frozen Plasma, Platelet concentrate and Cryoprecipitate.
  • Selection of blood components, pre-transfusion tests and compatibility testing, Issue of blood components.
  • Operates the Apheresis Machines which includes the following procedures Red Cell Exchange and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange using Optia Apheresis Machine; Platelet Collection in blood donors using Trima Apheresis machine.
  • Documentation of transfusion complications evaluation, detection and reporting.
  • Performed blood grouping, Antibody screen and Identification, Warm absorption, Acid Elution, RH Phenotyping, Coombs tests, Antibody Titer, Cold Agglutinins, Apt’s Tests, Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia test and ABO-Rh verification.
  • Performs daily, weekly and Monthly QC of tube reagents, gel cards, DayMate S reagents and blood components.
  • Do machine and instrument cleaning and decontamination maintenance.
  • Checks blood donor screening results and deferral.
  • Performs Nucleic Acid Amplification Technique for blood donors. Do NAT machine maintenance and QC.
  • Do system blood components defragging and ISBT label for blood components.
  • Relays result critical values as per policy.
  • Do Occurrence variance reporting (OVR) in the system or in the manual form.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility of the job such as proficiency testing, and requirements for national and international accreditation standards.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

Good computer skills, Self-Motivated and with good sense of responsibility.

Experience

0 - 3 years’ experience as Medical Technologist in Blood Bank

Education

Bachelor degree of Medical Technology, Medical Science, or equivalent education in Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Biological Science

Language

Fluency in written & spoken English & Arabic

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA)
