تعلن شركة PULSE (MENA) عن توفر وظيفة مطور واجهات أمامية مبتدئ (Junior Front-End Developer) للعمل عن بُعد من منطقة مكة المكرمة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيدعم مطور الواجهات الأمامية المبتدئ تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الويب الحديثة وواجهات المستخدم، بالعمل مع فريق من المطورين والمصممين ومديري المنتجات. ستساهم في بناء تجارب رقمية متجاوبة وسهلة الوصول وجذابة بصريًا، مع تطوير خبراتك التقنية. هذه الوظيفة مناسبة للمطورين في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية، أو الخريجين الجدد، أو من لديهم خبرة في التدريب أو العمل الحر أو المشاريع الشخصية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير صفحات ويب متجاوبة ومناسبة للجوال باستخدام HTML5 وCSS3 وJavaScript.
  • المساعدة في بناء مكونات واجهة مستخدم قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وتفاعلية.
  • تحويل تصاميم UI/UX إلى تطبيقات ويب نظيفة وعملية ومتجاوبة.
  • ضمان تحسين سرعة وأداء وقابلية استخدام المواقع والتطبيقات.
  • اختبار وضمان التوافق عبر المتصفحات والأجهزة الحديثة.
  • تصحيح وحل مشكلات الواجهات الأمامية واختناقات الأداء.
  • صيانة وتحسين تطبيقات الويب الحالية.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ ميزات جديدة وتحسين تجربة المستخدم.
  • إجراء تحديثات ومهام صيانة دورية للكود.
  • العمل عن كثب مع مصممي UI/UX ومطوري الواجهات الخلفية ومديري المنتجات.
  • المشاركة في مراسم Agile مثل تخطيط السباق والاجتماعات اليومية والاستعراضات.
  • المساهمة في مراجعات الكود والنقاشات الجماعية.
  • كتابة كود نظيف وقابل للصيانة وموثق جيدًا.
  • اتباع معايير الترميز وأفضل ممارسات التطوير وإجراءات التحكم في الإصدارات.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة الاختبار وضمان الجودة وإصلاح الأخطاء.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث تقنيات الواجهات الأمامية واتجاهات الصناعة.
  • تعلم أطر عمل وأدوات ومنهجيات تطوير جديدة.
  • المشاركة في جلسات التدريب الفني وتبادل المعرفة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عملية معادلة).
  • 0-2 سنوات خبرة في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية أو تطوير الويب (خبرة التدريب أو العمل الحر أو المشاريع الأكاديمية/الشخصية مقبولة).
  • فهم أساسي لمبادئ تصميم الويب المتجاوب.
  • الإلمام بنظام Git للتحكم في الإصدارات.
  • إتقان HTML5 وCSS3 وJavaScript (ES6+).
  • خبرة أساسية في React.js أو Vue.js أو Angular.
  • فهم أطر CSS المتجاوبة مثل Bootstrap أو Tailwind CSS.
  • الإلمام بـ REST APIs وJSON.
  • فهم أساسي لأدوات مطور المتصفح وتقنيات التصحيح.
  • معرفة بتصميم الويب المتجاوب وإمكانية الوصول والتوافق عبر المتصفحات.
  • يفضل: خبرة في مشاريع ويب شخصية أو أكاديمية أو محفظة أعمال.
  • يفضل: الإلمام بـ TypeScript.
  • يفضل: معرفة أساسية بمكتبات إدارة الحالة (Redux, Context API, Pinia...).
  • يفضل: خبرة في استخدام Figma أو أدوات تصميم تعاونية أخرى.
  • يفضل: الإلمام بـ Vite أو Webpack أو npm أو Yarn.
  • يفضل: الإلمام بمنهجيات Agile أو Scrum.
  • متطلبات تقنية: اتصال إنترنت عالي السرعة وموثوق، حاسوب شخصي محمول أو مكتبي قادر على تشغيل أدوات التطوير الحديثة، مساحة عمل منزلية هادئة ومهنية، كاميرا ويب وسماعة رأس للاجتماعات الافتراضية، القدرة على تثبيت واستخدام برامج التطوير ومنصات التعاون المطلوبة.
  • دوام كامل عن بُعد مع ساعات عمل مرنة حسب متطلبات المشروع والفريق، والتوفر للتعاون عبر المناطق الزمنية في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، مع المشاركة أحيانًا في اجتماعات افتراضية خارج ساعات العمل المعتادة.

Position Overview

The Junior Front-End Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications and user interfaces. Working alongside experienced developers, designers, and product teams, you will contribute to building responsive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences while developing your technical expertise.

This role is ideal for early-career developers, recent graduates, or individuals with internship, freelance, or personal project experience who are looking to launch their careers in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

  • Develop responsive, mobile-friendly web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Assist in building reusable UI components and interactive user interfaces.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and responsive web applications.
  • Ensure websites and applications are optimized for speed, performance, and usability.
  • Test and maintain compatibility across modern browsers and devices.

Application Maintenance

  • Debug and resolve front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Maintain and enhance existing web applications.
  • Assist in implementing new features and improving user experience.
  • Perform routine code updates and maintenance tasks.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to code reviews and team discussions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 0-2 years of experience in front-end development or web development.
  • Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience is encouraged.
  • Basic understanding of responsive web design principles.
  • Familiarity with Git version control.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Basic experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Understanding of responsive CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Basic understanding of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, web accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing personal, academic, or portfolio web projects.
