تعلن شركة مشاري الشثري للإستشارات الهندسية (Mission Consultant Engineering) عن توفر وظيفة محاسب مالي متخصص في قطاع المقاولات والإنشاءات، للعمل في مدينة الخرج.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه وظيفة دوام كامل في موقع العمل (الخرج) لمحاسب مالي في مجال المقاولات والإنشاءات، تشمل إعداد البيانات المالية، إدارة السجلات المحاسبية، الإشراف على التقارير المالية، وضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية الخاصة بالقطاع، بالإضافة إلى إجراء التحليل المالي واستخدام برامج المحاسبة لدعم قرارات العمل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد البيانات المالية والإشراف على التقارير المالية.
- إدارة السجلات المحاسبية وضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية الخاصة بقطاع المقاولات.
- إجراء التحليل المالي باستخدام برامج المحاسبة لتقديم رؤى تدعم قرارات العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال المالي.
- إجادة إعداد البيانات المالية والتقارير المالية.
- معرفة متعمقة بمعايير IFRS (إلزامي).
- معرفة واسعة بالتمويل واللوائح المالية في مجال الإنشاءات.
- خبرة في استخدام برامج المحاسبة.
- درجة علمية مناسبة في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات لتفسير البيانات المالية.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة (كتابية وشفوية).
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وفي موقع العمل.
- خبرة سابقة في قطاع المقاولات والإنشاءات (يفضل).

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Accountant specializing in the construction and contracting field, located in Al Kharj. Additionally, the candidate will perform financial analysis, utilize accounting software, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data
- Experience in IFRS is a MUST.
- 5+ years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and financial regulations in the construction field
- Experience with Accounting Software for efficient financial management
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction and contracting industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
