المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للمختبر والإشراف على سير العمل
- ضمان مراقبة الجودة (Quality Control) لإجراءات الاختبار
- صيانة ومعايرة أجهزة المختبر (Laboratory Equipment)
- تحليل عينات التربة وإعداد التقارير الدقيقة
- توجيه أنشطة البحث والتطوير (R&D) المتعلقة بتحليل التربة
- الإشراف على موظفي المختبر وتوجيههم
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحلية والدولية
- الحفاظ على التوثيق الدقيق وإعداد التقارير
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجال تحليل التربة أو ما يعادلها (إلزامي)
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم التربة أو الهندسة الجيوتقنية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في ممارسات وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة (Quality Control)
- إتقان تشغيل وصيانة أجهزة المختبر (Laboratory Equipment)
- مهارات تحليلية استثنائية وقدرة على حل المشكلات المتعلقة بتحليل التربة
- مهارات مختبرية عملية مع خبرة في تحضير العينات واختبارها
- خبرة في البحث والتطوير (R&D) المتعلق بتحليل التربة أو المجالات المماثلة
- مهارات القيادة وإدارة الفريق للإشراف على موظفي المختبر بفعالية
- الإلمام باللوائح والمعايير المحلية والدولية لتحليل التربة
- إجادة استخدام البرامج والتقنيات ذات الصلة لإدارة بيانات المختبر (ميزة إضافية)

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Control practices and procedures.
- 15+ years of experience is a MUST
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities related to soil analysis.
- Hands-on Laboratory Skills with demonstrated experience in sample preparation and testing.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) related to soil analysis or similar fields.
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee laboratory personnel effectively.
- Familiarity with local and international regulations and standards for soil analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies for laboratory data management is advantageous.
