شركة مشاري الشثري للإستشارات الهندسية (Mission Consultant Engineering) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة محاسب مالي - تخصص هندسي في الرياض (الخرج)، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تعمل الشركة منذ أكثر من 20 عامًا كمكتب استشاري هندسي من الفئة الأولى، ملتزمة بتقديم حلول مبتكرة ومستدامة تتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه وظيفة دوام كامل وحضورية في مكتب الشركة بحي العليا، الرياض. سيتولى المحاسب المالي إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية، وإدارة التقارير المالية، واستخدام برامج المحاسبة، وتقديم رؤى مالية استراتيجية. كما تشمل المسؤولية الحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح المالية، ودعم عمليات التدقيق، وإجراء تحليل مالي مفصل لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية
- إدارة التقارير المالية بفعالية
- استخدام برامج المحاسبة لإتمام المهام
- تقديم رؤى واستراتيجيات مالية
- الحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح المالية ودعم عمليات التدقيق
- إجراء تحليل مالي مفصل لتوجيه القرارات التنظيمية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية وإعداد التقارير المالية الفعالة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل بمعايير IFRS (إلزامي)
- شهادة CMA مفضلة
- إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة وقدرة قوية على الإدارة المالية
- مهارات تحليلية مثبتة مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات والاتجاهات المالية
- فهم شامل لمبادئ وممارسات التمويل
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إدارة المستندات المالية
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية
- يفضّل خبرة في القطاع الهندسي ومعرفة باللوائح المالية السعودية

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Olayah, Riyadh for a Financial Accountant specializing in the engineering sector. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, utilizing accounting software, and providing strategic financial insights. The role also includes maintaining compliance with financial regulations, supporting audits, and performing detailed financial analysis to guide organizational decision-making.

Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting effective Financial Reporting
- MUST have experience in IFRS for 5+ years.
- CMA certificate is preferred.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and strong Financial Management capabilities
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Thorough understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Attention to detail and proficiency in managing financial documents
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the engineering sector and knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations is a plus
