شركة مشاري الشثري للإستشارات الهندسية، إحدى الشركات الهندسية الموثوقة من الفئة الأولى والمتوافقة مع رؤية المملكة 2030، تبحث عن مهندس تخطيط - استشاري تخصص توصيلات مياه للمنازل للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع المشروع بالخرج (الرياض، السعودية).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنسيق مشاريع توصيلات المياه للمناطق السكنية.
- تحليل متطلبات المشروع وإدارة الموارد لتخطيط الإنتاج.
- ضمان التحكم في المشاريع و تسليمها في الوقت المحدد من خلال التواصل الفعال مع الجهات المعنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في التخطيط وتخطيط الإنتاج لتنظيم وإدارة سير العمل في المشروع بفعالية.
- يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة اعتماد من الشركة الوطنية للمياه (National Water Company) كمهندس تخطيط PMO.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات (شرط أساسي).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتقييم متطلبات المشروع وتحسين الموارد.
- إتقان عمليات التحكم في المشاريع لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع توصيلات المياه أو تطوير البنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات برمجيات إدارة المشاريع ذات الصلة.
- المعرفة باللوائح السعودية وأطر تطوير المحتوى المحلي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

The role includes planning and coordinating water connection projects for residential areas, analyzing project requirements, managing resources for production planning, and ensuring timely project control through effective communication with stakeholders.

The role includes planning and coordinating water connection projects for residential areas, analyzing project requirements, managing resources for production planning, and ensuring timely project control through effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Planning and Production Planning to organize and manage project workflows effectively
- MUST be certified by National Water Company of Saudi Arabia as PMO Planning Engineer
- 8+ years of experience is a MUST.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project requirements and optimize resources
- Proficiency in Project Control processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Post-secondary degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in water connection projects or related infrastructure development
- Proficiency in relevant project management software tools
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and local content development frameworks is an advantage
