تعلن شركة طويق للصب والطرق (Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company) عن توفر وظيفة منسق لوجستي داخلي (Internal Logistics Coordinator) في مدينة رأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • نبحث عن منسق لوجستي داخلي منظم وذو توجه تشغيلي للانضمام إلى قسم مراقبة الإنتاج ضمن إدارة العمليات.
  • سيكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة حركة وتخزين المواد داخل منشأة التصنيع، وضمان نقل المواد الخام والمكونات والمنتجات النهائية بكفاءة بين المستودعات وورش الإنتاج ومناطق التعبئة والتخزين لدعم عمليات التصنيع دون انقطاع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنسيق التدفق الداخلي للمنتجات والمنتجات الثانوية بين الأقسام بما في ذلك الصهر والصب والطرق والتشغيل الميكانيكي والمعالجة الحرارية والاختبار غير التدميري (NDE) والطلاء والتعبئة.
  • الإشراف على العملية الكاملة لاستقبال وترتيب أولويات وتخصيص طلبات استخدام الآلات الثقيلة ومعدات النقل الداخلي.
  • ضمان تسليم المنتجات والمنتجات الثانوية إلى أماكن العمل في الوقت المحدد دون تأخير.
  • تنظيم وتتبع عمليات النقل الداخلي باستخدام الرافعات الشوكية والشاحنات والمقطورات، وضمان تشغيل جميع الآلات الثقيلة بأمان وكفاءة.
  • تحديد أولويات وجدولة النقل الداخلي وفقاً لأولويات الإنتاج.
  • مراقبة وتقييم أداء أفراد الفريق وضمان إدارة الوقت والحضور بشكل سليم.
  • جدولة والإشراف على الصيانة الدورية والخاصة للمعدات الثقيلة؛ التنسيق مع مزودي خدمات الصيانة الخارجية في حالة الأعطال الكبيرة.
  • تتبع وتسجيل جميع تحويلات المنتجات والمنتجات الثانوية باستخدام Excel أو الأنظمة ذات الصلة.
  • إعداد وثائق اللوجستيات الداخلية والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة في النظام.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات لتبسيط اللوجستيات الداخلية وتقليل الهدر أو التأخير.
  • الالتزام بجميع سياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة في جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل وجود مؤهل تقني أو لوجستي.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال اللوجستيات أو سلسلة التوريد أو عمليات المستودعات في قطاع التصنيع.
  • بيئة العمل: مصنع صلب أو مستودع، مع التعرض للآلات الثقيلة ودرجات الحرارة المرتفعة والضوضاء الصناعية، وقد يتطلب العمل الإضافي بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

المهارات المطلوبة

Description

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking an organised and operationally focused Internal Logistics Coordinator to join the Production Control Department within the Operations Division. Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for managing the movement and staging of materials within the manufacturing facility, ensuring raw materials, components, and finished products are efficiently transferred between warehouses, production shops, packing areas, and storage locations to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the internal flow of products and by-products between departments, including melting, casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, NDE, painting, and packing areas
  • Oversee the entire process of receiving, prioritising, and allocating requests for heavy machinery and internal transport equipment
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and by-products to workplaces as requested, without delay
  • Organise and track internal transport operations including forklifts, trucks, and trailers, ensuring all heavy machinery is operated safely and efficiently
  • Prioritise and schedule internal transport in accordance with production urgency
  • Monitor and evaluate individual team member performance and ensure proper timekeeping and attendance management
  • Schedule and oversee routine and special heavy equipment maintenance; coordinate with external maintenance service providers in the event of major breakdowns
  • Track and record all product and by-product transfers using Excel or relevant systems
  • Prepare internal logistics documentation and maintain accurate system records
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline internal logistics and reduce waste or delays
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety standards in all logistics activities.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics education is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations within the manufacturing sector.

Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP platforms
  • Basic computer skills including Excel and data entry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high time efficiency.

Work Environment

  • Steel manufacturing plant or warehouse setting
  • Exposure to heavy machinery, high temperatures, and industrial noise
  • Overtime work, including nights and weekends, may be required.
