المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تخطيط وتنفيذ وإدارة أنظمة المشتريات التي تدعم وظائف المشتريات في المؤسسة
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين أنظمة المشتريات وعمليات الدمج والترقية
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان تلبية أنظمة المشتريات لمتطلبات العمل ودعم الكفاءة التشغيلية
- مراقبة أداء النظام واستكشاف المشكلات لإصلاحها بهدف تقليل وقت التوقف وزيادة فعالية النظام

الشروط والمتطلبات

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of procurement systems that support organizational procurement functions
- Develop and execute strategies for procurement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement systems meet business requirements and support operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize system effectiveness
- Oversee data analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights into procurement activities
- Manage relationships with procurement system vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to procurement systems
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement systems professionals, fostering continuous improvement and professional development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in procurement systems management or related roles, including leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of procurement software platforms, ERP systems, and digital procurement tools
- Proven experience in system implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives
