تسعى شركة القدية للاستثمار إلى تعيين أخصائي الاستعداد التشغيلي للعب دور رئيسي في ضمان أن تكون مرافقنا ومرافقنا جاهزة تماماً للإطلاق والتشغيل المستمر. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع مختلف الإدارات لتقييم الاستعداد التشغيلي، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تعزز العمليات السلسة والفعالة. توفر هذه الوظيفة فرصة ممتازة للمساهمة في نجاح واحدة من أكبر وجهات الترفيه والرياضة في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال دعم التميز التشغيلي منذ البداية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق ودعم أنشطة الاستعداد التشغيلي عبر جميع مراحل المشروع
- إجراء تقييمات الاستعداد وتحليل الفجوات لتحديد المخاطر والتخفيف منها قبل الإطلاق
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التوافق والجاهزية
- المساعدة في تطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية للفرق التشغيلية
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بالاستعداد التشغيلي وتقديم تقارير عن التقدم
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين العمليات التشغيلية
- الحفاظ على التوثيق والتواصل بشأن حالة الاستعداد وخطط العمل
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الاستعداد التشغيلي أو تنسيق المشاريع أو أدوار تشغيلية ذات صلة
- الخبرة السابقة في قطاع الترفيه أو الضيافة أو المشاريع واسعة النطاق تعتبر ميزة إضافية
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
- الكفاءة في استخدام Microsoft Office والإلمام بأدوات إدارة المشاريع
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني وإدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى

You will work closely with various departments to assess operational readiness, identify potential risks, and implement strategies that promote smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support operational readiness activities across all project phases
- Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks prior to launch
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for operational teams
- Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and report on progress
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes
- Maintain documentation and communication regarding readiness status and action plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or related operational roles
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects is advantageous
