Saud International School is inviting applications for the position of Math Teacher.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mathematics, effective classroom teaching skills, and the ability to help students develop confidence in mathematical concepts, problem-solving, logical thinking, and academic discipline. The teacher will be expected to prepare well-structured lessons, assess student progress, support different learning levels, and work closely with the academic team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and academic expectations.
• Teach mathematical concepts clearly and effectively, including number skills, algebra, geometry, measurement, statistics, problem-solving, and logical reasoning, according to the assigned grade level.
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments, and learning resources that support student understanding.
• Encourage students to think critically, solve problems independently, and apply mathematical concepts in practical situations.
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote a respectful, focused, and positive learning environment.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, assignments, and student progress.
• Use the school’s LMS and academic systems as required.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, coordinators, and school leadership when needed.
• Participate in school activities, academic meetings, events, and professional development sessions.
• Contribute positively to the academic culture and values of Saud International School.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
• Experience in teaching mathematics in an international school environment is an advantage.
• Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly to students of different learning levels.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow school policies and academic procedures.

• Well-organized, responsible, and committed to high-quality teaching.
• Able to motivate students and make mathematics engaging and understandable.
• Flexible and willing to teach according to the academic needs of the school.
• Familiarity with British, American, or international curricula is an advantage.
