شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة مساعد مبيعات في منطقة الرياض. الغرض من الوظيفة هو قيادة مبيعات المتجر من خلال تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، وتعزيز المنتجات بفعالية، مع فهم أساسي لمنتجات البصريات، وضمان تجربة عملاء سلسة ومهنية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحديد احتياجات العملاء وتوصية بالمنتجات المناسبة (إطارات، نظارات شمسية، عدسات أساسية).
  • زيادة التحويل، البيع الإضافي، البيع المتقاطع وتنفيذ العروض الترويجية.
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية ودعم أداء المتجر.
  • تقديم رحلة عميل ودية ومهنية.
  • معالجة استفسارات العملاء والمشكلات الأساسية بفعالية.
  • بناء علاقات مع العملاء وتشجيع الزيارات المتكررة.
  • فهم الوصفات الطبية الأساسية وأنواع المنتجات (إطارات، عدسات، عدسات لاصقة).
  • دعم أخصائيي البصريات من خلال توجيه العملاء قبل المعالجة الفنية.
  • ضمان التواصل الصحيح لاحتياجات العميل مع أخصائي البصريات/الفني.
  • معالجة المعاملات بدقة عبر نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
  • دعم توثيق التأمين والاستفسارات الأساسية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
  • الحفاظ على عرض المنتجات ومعايير النظافة.
  • دعم التعامل مع المخزون والإبلاغ عن النقص أو المشكلات.
  • الحفاظ على معرفة قوية بالمنتجات والوعي بالعروض الترويجية.
  • العمل مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف المتجر.
  • دعم أخصائيي البصريات والفنيين خلال ساعات الذروة.
  • المساهمة في بيئة متجر إيجابية ونشيطة.
  • اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
  • الحفاظ على السلوك المهني والأخلاقي.
  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير خدمة العملاء والعلامة التجارية.
  • مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في المبيعات وخدمة العملاء.
  • فهم أساسي للمنتجات البصرية والوصفات الطبية.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) وعمليات البيع.
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مبيعات التجزئة (يفضل في مجال البصريات).
  • درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل في مجال ذي صلة).
  • إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.

Job Purpose:

Driving store sales by delivering excellent customer service, promoting products effectively, and supporting basic optical understanding, while ensuring smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, sunglasses, basic lenses).
  • Drive conversion, upselling, Cross-Selling and promotions execution.
  • Achieving individual sales targets and supporting store performance.
  • Deliver a friendly and professional customer journey.
  • Handle customer inquiries and basic issues effectively.
  • Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
  • Understand basic prescriptions and product types (frames, lenses, CL).
  • Support opticians by guiding customers before technical handling.
  • Ensure correct communication of customer needs to optician/technician.
  • Process transactions accurately through POS system.
  • Support insurance documentation and basic inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain product display and cleanliness standards.
  • Support stock handling and report shortages or issues.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and promotions awareness.
  • Work with team to achieve store targets.
  • Support opticians and technicians during peak hours.
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional and ethical behavior.
  • Ensure adherence to customer service and brand standards.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of optical products and prescriptions.
  • Good knowledge of POS systems and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Experience

  • 2-4 years in retail sales (optical preferred).

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably related field).

Language

  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
