هنقرستيشن، إحدى شركات مجموعة Delivery Hero الرائدة في مجال التوصيل، تبحث عن كاتب إبداعي (Creative Copywriter) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء أبحاث مخصصة لتطوير وإنتاج محتوى جديد للمواقع الإلكترونية والمطبوعات.
- العمل كمشرف ومسؤول على لوحات النقاش والمدونات غير المتزامنة على الموقع.
- تقديم أفكار إبداعية واستراتيجية للتسويق الإلكتروني.
- تطوير محتوى يُظهر تأثير المنظمة في المجال.
- كتابة وتحرير المقالات الافتتاحية ونقاط الحديث والبيانات الصحفية المُسندة.
- إنشاء ونشر محتوى مناسب في الوقت المحدد على موقع المنظمة.
- العمل كمسؤول الشبكات الاجتماعية الرئيسي وإدارة حضور المنظمة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- استخدام المعرفة بالمجال والمنظمة لتطوير أفكار ومحتوى.
- الحفاظ على عمليات القصاصات وتحديد أساليب الكفاءة والفعالية.
- تطوير محتوى مقنع بلغات وأسواق ومنصات مختلفة وللمتعلمين.
- فهم أدوات إنشاء المحتوى الداخلية ومعايير الجودة.
- استخدام برامج تحرير الرسوميات وإنشاء الوسائط لتطوير النماذج الأولية واللوحات القصصية.
- التكيف مع متطلبات المحتوى الجديدة والأدوات الرقمية والمتعاونين.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة لضمان سير العمل اليومي بشكل منضبط ومتسق.
- المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للعمليات والممارسات وإجراءات العمل وفعالية التكلفة وتعزيز الإنتاجية.
- تعزيز تطبيق والالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات والعمليات والتعليمات بين الموظفين الآخرين داخل المنظمة.
- متابعة العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بالوظيفة لضمان استمرارية العمل.
- المساهمة في إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب تتعلق بمجال العمل لتلبية المتطلبات والأهداف والمعايير.
- ضمان رضا العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين من خلال تلبية احتياجاتهم بلطف وفي الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في كتابة المحتوى الإبداعي أو إنشاء المحتوى.
- تقديم ملف أعمال (Portfolio) إلزامي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- قدرات قوية في الكتابة الإبداعية وسرد القصص.
- خبرة في إنشاء محتوى للمنصات الرقمية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

- Perform ad hoc research to develop and produce a new web based and print content.
- Function as moderator and administrator for onsite asynchronous message boards and blogs.
- Add creative and strategic ideas for online marketing.
- Develop content to demonstrate the organization’s impact on the industry.
- Draft and edit assigned editorials, talking points, and press releases.
- Create and post timely content on the organization’s website.
- Function as the organization’s lead social networker and manage social media presence.
- Utilize industry and organizational knowledge to develop ideas and content.
- Maintain the clips process and determine efficiency and effectiveness methods.
- Develop compelling content for various languages, markets, platforms, and learners.
- Gain an understanding of in-house content creation tools and quality standards.
- Utilize graphics editing and media creation programs to develop prototypes and storyboards.
- Change to new content requirements, digital tools, and collaborators.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
- Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities.
- Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
- Portfolio submission is required.
