نبذة عن الوظيفة: مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة الداخلية المتعلقة بالمستودع، بما في ذلك مراجعة المخزون والاستلام والتحكم وتوزيع المهام على العمال لتحقيق الإنتاجية المثلى. التنسيق مع أمين المستودع لتوزيع المخزون لضمان انسيابية تحضير الطلبات وإصدار الفواتير. (الشركة: PepsiCo، الموقع: منطقة الرياض)
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسلم المناوبة من المناوبة السابقة مع تفصيل جميع الأعمال المعلقة.
- متابعة التحميل/التفريغ بدقة عبر نظام إدارة المستودعات (WMS) وإبلاغ أمناء المستودعات.
- تعديل تسلسلات التوصيل في نظام تخطيط التوزيع حسب الحاجة وتوزيع المهام.
- مراقبة المخزون أثناء التحميل والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات مثل الملصقات الخاطئة أو النواقص أو الحالات الزائدة أو المنصات الفارغة.
- إجراء الجرد اليومي الفعلي للبضائع لتسوية المخزون وإبلاغ أمين المستودع عنه.
- اتباع إجراءات النظافة وضمان تغطية جميع النقاط وفق قائمة المراجعة.
- التنسيق مع مشغل الرافعة الشوكية لإعادة ترتيب التخزين/حركة البضائع لتسهيل تطبيق نظام FIFO (أول وارد أول صادر).
- تسليم المناوبة التالية مع توضيح المهام المتبقية أو أي تعليمات خاصة.
- ضمان صيانة جميع معدات المستودع بشكل جيد واستخدامها بطريقة سليمة وتسجيل الصيانة الدورية.
- تنفيذ واستدامة والمشاركة في التحسين المستمر للصحة والسلامة والبيئة وجودة وسلامة الأغذية (EHS & QFS) في نطاق المسؤولية وفقًا للتشريعات ومعايير PepsiCo GEHSMS ومعايير QFS ذات الصلة، مع ضمان وجود ضوابط مناسبة لجميع المخاطر المرتبطة بجميع الأنشطة/المناطق وتحقيق أهداف EHS.
- الحصول على رخصة تشغيل معدات المناولة (PIT License) يعتبر ميزة لدعم التشغيل أثناء غياب مشغل PIT.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال سلسلة التوريد مع خبرة في مناصب متعددة الوظائف، ويفضل في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG).
- خبرة إضافية في مؤسسات كثيفة العمالة تعتبر أفضلية.
- شهادة ثانوية عامة في أي تخصص.
- شخص لديه دافع ذاتي مع القدرة على تحديد وبدء وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مهارات اتصال عالية الفعالية.
- القدرة على التحكم في العمال في وظائف متعددة.
- تطبيق التفكير المرن عند حل المشكلات بطريقة منهجية.
- فهم واسع للتخطيط وعبر الوظائف.

Overview
In Charge for all internal activity related warehouse, double check on stock issues and receive, control and job allocation to labours (helpers) so as to have optimum productivity. Coordinate with Store man for stock allocation to have smooth flow of order preparation and Invoicing

Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in FMCG business. Additional experience in a labour-intensive organization will be preferable.

Responsibilities
- Take over the shift from the previous shift detailing all the pending work
- Follow off loading / loading thorough WMS accurately and reporting to Storekeepers.
- Adjust delivery sequences in the Dispatch Planning System as necessary and Allocate job.
- Monitor proper stock while loading report irregularities of wrong stickers, missing, excess cases and empty pallets.
- Carry out daily physical count of goods for inventory reconciliation and report it to the store man.
- Follow the hygiene process and ensure all the points are covered according to the checklist.
- Coordinate with forklift operator in rearranging storage / movement of goods to facilitate FIFO procedure.
- Handover the shift to the next shift with jobs to be completed or any special instructions.
- Ensure all equipment in the Warehouse is well maintained, used in proper manner and the periodic maintenance is recorded.
- To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS &QFS at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant QFS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved.
Qualifications
Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in FMCG business. Additional experience in a labour-intensive organization will be preferable.
- High school certificate in any faculty
- A self-motivated person with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective actions.
- Highly effective communication skills.
- Ability to control labours at multiple functions.
- Apply flexible thinking while problem solving in a systematic manner.
- Broad planning and cross-functional understanding
