يقع منتجع رافلز وفيرمونت البحر الأحمر ضمن مشروع البحر الأحمر الرائد في المملكة، ويوفر للزوار منتجعاً يركز على الطبيعة. يضم 361 غرفة، وإحدى عشرة تجربة طهي مميزة تشمل مطاعم فوق الماء تطل على البحر الأحمر وأشجار المانغروف، ومنتجعاً صحياً. يجاور المنتجع ملعب غولف من 18 حفرة، مما يعكس ارتباط فيرمونت بكونه وجهة غولف عالمية. يضع المنتجع معايير جديدة في التنمية المستدامة على امتداد 200 كيلومتر من السواحل البكر وأرخبيل يضم أكثر من 90 جزيرة نقية وبراكين خامدة وموائل بحرية غنية ومواقع أثرية قديمة. تبحث رافلز البحر الأحمر عن Senior Duty Manager صاحب خبرة وحسم لقيادة فريق الضيافة الفاخرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على جميع عمليات الفندق أثناء المناوبات المحددة، وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في أقسام الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي والأطعمة والمشروبات والإدارات الأخرى.
  • قيادة وتحفيز وإدارة فريق الإدارة المناوب والتنسيق مع رؤساء الأقسام للحفاظ على التميز في الخدمة.
  • التعامل مع علاقات الضيوف وحل الشكاوى والملاحظات باحترافية وكفاءة لضمان رضا وولاء الضيوف.
  • إدارة حالات الأزمات وإجراءات الطوارئ بهدوء وحسم، مع إعطاء الأولوية لسلامة الضيوف والموظفين.
  • مراقبة الامتثال لأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والأمن في جميع أنحاء المنشأة.
  • إجراء تفتيش دوري للمنشأة وضمان الالتزام بمعايير رافلز وتوجيهات العلامة التجارية.
  • إدارة جداول المناوبات ومستويات التوظيف والتنسيق مع الموارد البشرية لضمان التغطية المناسبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة عمليات الفنادق أو إدارة المناوبات في بيئة ضيافة فاخرة.
  • خبرة قيادية مثبتة في إدارة فرق متنوعة في بيئة ضيافة سريعة الخطى.

Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea, positioned in the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. With 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurants with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a spa. Job Description

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking an experienced and decisive Senior Duty Manager to join our luxury hospitality team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, manage guest experiences, and lead our front-of-house team during assigned shifts. The Senior Duty Manager serves as the senior management representative on duty, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service delivery, and adherence to all organizational standards and procedures.

  • Oversee all hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the duty management team and coordinate with department heads to maintain service excellence
  • Handle guest relations and resolve complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage crisis situations and emergency procedures with composure and decisive action, prioritizing guest and staff safety
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations throughout the property
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure adherence to Raffles standards and brand guidelines
  • Manage shift schedules, staffing levels, and coordinate with human resources to ensure adequate coverage
  • Oversee financial transactions, cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all departments
  • Communicate effectively with senior management regarding operational issues, guest feedback, and performance metrics
  • Train and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hotel operations management or duty management experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations systems, property management software, and hospitality technology platforms
  • Excellent crisis management and problem-solving abilities with a decisive approach to operational challenges
  • Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and security compliance requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance and standard compliance
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Customer service excellence with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and regulations (preferred)
  • Experience with international luxury hotel brands or multi-property operations (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required for the role
