المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة السجلات اليومية لأدوات المعالجة لتحديد أماكن فشل أو توقف توجيه البيانات.
- تحديث ملفات التهيئة وقوالب الأوامر بناءً على ملاحظات فريق العمليات في المجموعة الاستثمارية.
- مراقبة مخرجات التقارير الآلية للتأكد من تطابق الأرقام مع المصدر الأساسي للبيانات.
- اختبار قواعد توجيه جديدة في بيئة تجريبية قبل تطبيقها مباشرة على فرق المالية.
- إعداد وثائق واضحة ومفصلة خطوة بخطوة لتمكين موظفي العميل من إدارة الأدوات بأنفسهم.

As we help this partner bridge the gap between their existing tech stack and their daily tasks, we need an AI Tools Associate to support the practical implementation of these systems in a fully remote capacity.
About the role
The AI Tools Associate helps our team manage the utilities that route data and automate routine tasks for our clients. Because we value ground truth, this role involves looking at actual logs and configuration settings to understand why a process might be failing. You will support the team in maintaining the tools our partner uses for document processing and data reconciliation. Instead of high level strategy, you will focus on the specific routing rules and prompt configurations that keep operations running smoothly. This role is a permanent, full-time position suitable for someone at the start of their career who enjoys untangling messy systems and seeing immediate results.
