تعلن شركة Tech Pipeline عن توفر وظيفة Junior Data Operations Analyst (محلل عمليات بيانات مبتدئ) للعمل عن بُعد في السعودية (مكة وجدة). تهدف الشركة إلى حل مشاكل التشغيل الناتجة عن تضخم البنية التقنية للشركات، وتدعم حالياً مجموعة استثمارية إقليمية كبرى في إصلاح العمليات الوسطى وضمان تدفق البيانات بين الأنظمة بشكل صحيح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قراءة سجلات النظام لتحديد النقطة المحددة التي يفشل فيها قاعدة توجيه أو تكامل (integration).
  • مراجعة التسويات اليومية لضمان اتساق الأرقام عبر جميع المنصات.
  • تحديد الأخطاء في إدخالات البيانات وتتبعها إلى المصدر الأصلي لمنع الانحراف المستقبلي.
  • تحديث الوثائق وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية أثناء إعادة بناء خطوط إعداد التقارير.
  • المساعدة في تنظيف تراكمات البيانات لمساعدة العميل على الانتقال إلى سير عمل أكثر كفاءة.
  • اختبار قواعد توجيه جديدة لضمان وصول الملفات والموافقات إلى الأشخاص المناسبين دون احتكاك.

Tech Pipeline resolves the operational drag that occurs when a company tech stack outgrows its team. We are currently supporting a major regional investment group to fix the broken middle of their business processes, ensuring their data moves correctly from one system to the next. We focus on finding the ground truth by looking at logs and configuration rules rather than relying on abstract strategy documents. Our goal is always to build a reliable system and then hand it over so the client can run it themselves.

About the role
 As a Junior Data Operations Analyst, you will focus on the technical reality of how information flows within a large organization. You will spend your time identifying where data goes bad and why certain processes are stuck. This is a junior role designed for someone who enjoys investigation and wants to understand how the plumbing of a business actually works. Because this is a fully remote position, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule while staying closely aligned with our project goals. You will help us bridge the gap between the tools our partner already owns and the work they need to finish every day.

What you will be doing
  • Reading system logs to find the specific point where a routing rule or an integration fails.
  • Reviewing daily reconciliations to ensure that our partner numbers remain consistent across all platforms.
  • Identifying errors in data entries and tracing them back to the original source to prevent future drift.
  • Updating documentation and standard operating procedures as we rebuild reporting pipelines.
  • Assisting with the cleanup of data backlogs to help the client transition to more efficient workflows.
  • Testing new routing rules to ensure that files and approvals move to the right people without friction.
  • Monitoring live operations during the first month of a new setup to catch and fix minor issues immediately.
  • Communicating findings clearly to the rest of the team to help prioritize the most important fixes.


What we need from you
  • A logical mindset and the ability to look at a list of errors and search for a common pattern.
  • Strong basic skills in spreadsheets, including the ability to sort, filter, and organize large sets of data.
  • Writing skills that allow you to explain a complex technical problem in a simple, direct way.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the persistence to double check work for accuracy.
  • Curiosity about how different software tools connect and share information.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment where clear, written communication is the primary way we stay connected.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple small tasks without losing track of the main objective.
