Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Al Qaseem, Saudi Arabia. This position oversees day-to-day operations across designated business units, ensuring alignment with YALJ Group’s strategic objectives in real estate and agriculture. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing operational performance, leading and developing cross-functional teams, and implementing policies and procedures that support sustainable growth. The General Manager will coordinate with senior leadership on long-term planning, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and environmental practices. The role also involves building relationships with stakeholders, overseeing regulatory compliance, and representing the company in internal and external forums when required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding diverse teams and fostering accountability.
• Operational and strategic management skills, including business planning, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and basic understanding of P&L management.
• Experience in real estate, agriculture, or related industries, with awareness of sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
• Proven track record in a senior management role, preferably within the region or in similar operational environments.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with high ethical standards and integrity.
