شركة ALHAZM Industrial Equipment تعلن عن وظيفة محاسب في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) لإدارة السجلات المالية والفواتير والمستحقات ضمن قطاع تجارة المعدات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية بدقة.
- إعداد فواتير العملاء وحفظ المستندات الداعمة.
- تسجيل فواتير الموردين ومعاملات الشراء والالتزامات المالية.
- إعداد تقارير أعمار المستحقات وإشعار المدراء الإقليميين بالحسابات المتأخرة.
- التحقق من أرصدة العملاء قبل معالجة الطلبات عند الحاجة.
- التوصية بتعليق حسابات العملاء بناءً على الأرصدة المتأخرة، مع اعتماد المدير العام النهائي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة في المحاسبة أو المالية وخبرة محاسبية ذات صلة.
- مهارات قوية في Excel وبرامج المحاسبة وضريبة القيمة المضافة والتسويات وإعداد التقارير.
- يفضل خبرة في مجال التجارة أو التوزيع أو المعدات الصناعية.

Job Title: Accountant
Department: Finance / Accounting
Location / Region: Saudi Arabia.
Job Purpose:
Manage accounting records, invoicing, payments, VAT documentation, receivables aging, collection reporting, and financial support for a machinery trading business.
Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare customer invoices and maintain supporting documentation.
• Record supplier invoices, purchase transactions, and payment obligations.
• Prepare receivables aging reports and notify Regional Managers of overdue accounts.
• Check customer balances before order processing when required.
• Recommend customer account hold based on overdue balances, with final approval by General Manager.
Requirements
• Accounting or finance degree and relevant accounting experience.
• Strong Excel, accounting software, VAT, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
• Experience in trading, distribution, or industrial equipment is preferred
