المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مراجعات التوافق والمعايير عن بُعد لتقييم بيئات العملاء وتحديد فرص التحسين.
- صيانة وتحديث وإلغاء قوالب معايير العملاء مع تطور التقنيات ومتطلبات الأعمال.
- تطوير معرفة تقنية متعمقة ببيئات العملاء وأنظمتهم وبنيتهم التحتية.
- مراجعة وصيانة وثائق العملاء بدقة وضمان اكتمالها وحداثتها.
- تحديد المخاطر التقنية والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
- تقديم توصيات تقنية ودعم أفضل الممارسات عبر بيئات العملاء.
- المراقبة الاستباقية وتحسين البنية التحتية للعملاء من خلال أنشطة الإدارة عن بُعد.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة تقنية المعلومات أو الدعم الفني أو دور تقني مماثل.
- فهم قوي للبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات والأجهزة والبرمجيات.
- خبرة مع أنظمة تشغيل الشبكات ومحطات العمل، بما في ذلك بيئات Microsoft Windows.
- معرفة بتقنيات الويب وأنظمة الإنترنت ومفاهيم البنية التحتية الحديثة لتقنية المعلومات.
- درجة علمية أو مؤهل معادل في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.

- 3+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
