تعلن شركة Parsons Corporation عن توفر وظيفة مصمم جرافيك (Graphic Designer) في الرياض، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستتاح لك الفرصة لاستخدام تقنيات التصميم المتقدمة لإنشاء اتصالات مرئية معقدة وعروض ومقترحات، مع قيادة وتوجيه فريق من المصممين في الموقع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استخدام أحدث تقنيات وبرامج التصميم الجرافيكي لإعداد تخطيطات للعروض والعروض التقديمية والتقارير والوسائط المرئية تحت إشراف بسيط.
  • أداء مهام التصميم الجرافيكي الأكثر صعوبة وتعقيدًا مع تقديم التوجيه الفني لمصممي الجرافيك ذوي المستوى الأدنى.
  • تصميم وإعداد تخطيطات فنية ونصوص معقدة وفقًا لدليل أسلوب الشركة.
  • العمل كقائد مهام في المشاريع الكبيرة، مع تكليف المهام الأقل تعقيدًا لأعضاء الفريق ذوي المستوى الأدنى.
  • التعاون بشكل مباشر مع الكتّاب الفنيين والمحررين والمؤلفين لمراجعة وتحسين الأعمال الفنية والنصوص المقدمة من حيث الوضوح والاتساق.
  • تصميم وإنتاج رسومات معقدة جاهزة للاستنساخ تشمل النشرات والكتيبات والنشرات الإعلانية والمخططات والرسوم البيانية والجداول والملصقات.
  • تعديل الأعمال الفنية الحالية وتوفير بيانات الاستنساخ مثل حجم التصغير والكمية واختيار الورق والحبر.
  • قيادة فريق وظيفي من مصممي الجرافيك لإكمال المهام في الوقت المحدد.
  • تدريب الموظفين الجدد ومراجعة عمل المصممين ذوي المستوى الأدنى للتأكد من الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • يفضل الحصول على درجة مشارك في التصميم الجرافيكي أو شهادة إتمام من دورة تصميم/رسومات معتمدة (أو ما يعادلها).
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي المتقدم.
  • إتقان تقنيات وبرامج التصميم الجرافيكي المستخدمة في إنجاز مهام التصميم المعقدة.
  • معرفة شاملة بتقنيات إنتاج الرسومات وعمليات الاستنساخ/الطباعة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • قدرة مثبتة والتزام بتنظيم وجدولة وإكمال مهام التصميم الجرافيكي المعقدة واسعة النطاق في الوقت المحدد.
  • إمكانية قيادية مؤكدة لتقديم التوجيه الفني لأعضاء الفريق.
  • مهارات تعاون قوية للعمل مباشرة مع الكتّاب الفنيين والمحررين ومؤلفي المشاريع.
  • القدرة على تطبيق معايير العلامة التجارية والأسلوب المؤسسي والحفاظ عليها بدقة عبر تنسيقات الوسائط المتنوعة.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role you will get to utilize advanced design technology to create complex visual communications, proposals, and presentations while leading and mentoring a functional team of graphic designers on-site in Riyadh.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Utilize current graphic design technology and software to prepare layouts for proposals, presentations, reports, and visual media under minimal supervision.
  • Perform the most difficult and complex graphic design assignments while providing technical guidance to lower-level Graphic Designers.
  • Design and prepare complex art and copy layouts following the Company’s style manual.
  • Act as job leader on large projects, assigning less-complex tasks to lower-level team members.
  • Work directly with Technical Writers, Editors, and authors to review and improve submitted artwork and text for clarity and consistency.
  • Design and produce complex, reproduction-ready graphics including newsletters, brochures, flyers, charts, diagrams, tables, and posters.
  • Modify existing artwork and provide reproduction data such as reduction sizing, quantity, and paper/ink selection.
  • Lead a functional team of Graphic Designers to complete assignments on time.
  • Train new employees and review lower-level designers' work for accuracy and attention to detail.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Associate degree in Graphic Design or certificate of completion from an accredited design/graphics course (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Typically 5+ years of related work experience in advanced graphic design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design technology and software used to complete complex graphic design assignments.
  • Thorough knowledge of graphics production techniques and reproduction/printing processes.
