شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن مدير تكامل أنظمة السكك الحديدية للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تنسيق وتكامل جميع أنظمة السكك الحديدية بما في ذلك الإشارات والاتصالات والطاقة الجرّية وSCADA ومركز التحكم التشغيلي (OCC) والعربات الدارجة وأنظمة المنصات والمستودعات والبنية التحتية المرتبطة.
  • إدارة الواجهات بين أنظمة السكك الحديدية والبنية التحتية المدنية والمحطات والمستودعات والبيئات التشغيلية لضمان التكامل السلس.
  • إنشاء وصيانة سجلات واجهات الأنظمة، مع ضمان تحديد جميع الواجهات وتتبعها وتنسيقها وحلها طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • تنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم حلول تصميم أنظمة متكاملة ومتسقة عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
  • ضمان التكامل الفعال بين البنية التحتية والمحطات والأنظمة التشغيلية والواجهات الخارجية، بما في ذلك الأنظمة المرتبطة بالمطار عند الاقتضاء.

  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع ومعايير السكك الحديدية ومتطلبات السلامة والأهداف التشغيلية.
  • دعم فرق البناء والتسليم من خلال ضمان تعريف واجهات الأنظمة وإدارتها وتنفيذها بفعالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مشاريع السكك الحديدية و/أو عمليات السكك الحديدية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة السكك الحديدية بما في ذلك الإشارات والاتصالات والطاقة الجرّية وSCADA ومركز التحكم التشغيلي (OCC) والعربات الدارجة وأنظمة المستودعات.
  • خبرة في إدارة فرق فنية متعددة التخصصات وواجهات أنظمة معقدة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.
  • خبرة في عمليات هندسة الأنظمة ومنهجيات إدارة الواجهات وأنشطة ضمان تكامل الأنظمة.
  • فهم قوي للواجهات التشغيلية وعمليات الاختبار والتشغيل وأنشطة الجاهزية التشغيلية.
  • خبرة في التنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية والمشغلين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة في بيئات متعددة التخصصات ومعقدة.
  • معرفة قوية بعمليات تطوير التصميم وتكامل الأنظمة ومتطلبات وثائق المناقصات.
  • مهارات قيادية واتصالية وتنسيقية وإدارة علاقات ممتازة.
  • قدرات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشكلات قوية مع القدرة على إدارة تحديات التكامل التقني المعقدة.
  • شهادة مهنية أو عضوية في مؤسسة هندسية أو صناعة سكك حديدية ذات صلة (يفضل).
  • خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الرئيسية للمترو أو السكك الحديدية أو النقل أو النقل العام (يفضل).
  • مهارات تحليلية واتخاذ قرارات وحل مشكلات قوية.
  • قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة العلاقات.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Integration Manager - Rail to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the coordination and integration of all railway systems, including signaling, communications, traction power, SCADA, OCC, rolling stock, platform systems, depot systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Manage interfaces between rail systems, civil infrastructure, stations, depots, and operational environments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Establish and maintain system interface registers, ensuring all interfaces are identified, tracked, coordinated, and resolved throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and consistent system design solutions across all project stages.
  • Ensure effective integration between infrastructure, stations, operational systems, and external interfaces, including airport-related systems where applicable.
  • Coordinate with operational stakeholders, authorities, operators, contractors, and specialist system providers to facilitate successful system integration.
  • Facilitate systems integration workshops, technical coordination meetings, and interface resolution sessions.
  • Support Systems Engineering activities, including requirements management, interface management, verification, validation, and traceability processes.
  • Coordinate with Configuration and Requirements Management teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all project systems.
  • Identify integration risks, interface conflicts, and technical challenges, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead systems integration reviews to ensure all interfaces and operational requirements are adequately addressed and resolved.
  • Monitor integration progress and support the timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, SIT, integrated testing, trial operations, and operational readiness activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, railway standards, safety requirements, and operational objectives.
  • Support construction and delivery teams by ensuring system interfaces are clearly defined, managed, and implemented effectively.


What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in rail projects and/or rail operations.
  • Strong knowledge of railway systems, including signaling, communications, traction power, SCADA, OCC, rolling stock, and depot systems.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and complex systems interfaces on major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with Systems Engineering processes, interface management methodologies, and systems integration assurance activities.
  • Strong understanding of operational interfaces, testing and commissioning processes, and operational readiness activities.
  • Experience coordinating with authorities, operators, contractors, and stakeholders in complex multidisciplinary environments.
  • Strong knowledge of design development processes, systems integration, and tender documentation requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex technical integration challenges.
